You choose to ignore Fauci’s own words. We told you long ago, and you know it.

Folks such as yourself make success easier for folks like me. For that I say, thanks.
Did his own words say he created the virus and was responsible for the pandemic?? Because if you read any words other than those and still want him to be hung, you have been captured by the Insane Clown Posse that is running our country into the ground. You don't know jack.

We tried to tell you.
The generals, members of his first administration and multiple authors with inside knowledge tried to tell you that it would be a historic mistake to re-elect this treasonous, multiple felon to a second term, because we all knew it would lead to four-years of unserious clown shows like we held today. And now that he's destroyed our economy, our institutions, our alliances and faith in our election systems and polling shows him as the most unpopular president of all time, your smug, uninformed *** thinks you can tell me something. GTFOH loser.

I was financially set back 10 years by that fraud, as were so many others. Lock him up and throw away the key.

Yeah, it was his fault, and not your own. Are you part of the party of personal responsibility and accountability, where everything is everyone else's fault?

More nonsense. Show me where I specifically said that? Show it. Laughingstock has done that numerous times. Fact is, why did Fauci need a pardon? We all know he lied, and we have a record of it. Is honesty below your pathetic party? I guess it is.

He was the nation's doctor during the pandemic. Even the Nazis answered questions at Nuremberg.

Fauci pleaded the 5th 111 times. Get a fking clue, and get over your Socialist party.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. You really, really, really need to get laid. What an angry phucktwat you are.

I’m aware you’re not blind as most of the resident libs here…. But I have a request, don’t go full lib. You’re better than they are.
I'm not a lib. Never have been. I'm a moderate. EVERYONE hates me.

So a guy spends his whole life working on curing infectious diseases. Ricking his own life numerous times in ebola zones. And all of a sudden he's now evil after COINCIDENTALLY publicly disagreeing with Trump? Color me skeptical.

Fauci publicly said that gain of function research was worth the risk going back to 2012. Fauci personally approved the EcoHealth Alliance gain of function research at the University of NC prior to 2014, then at the Wuhan Lab after 2014. This is indisputable.

He can simply say he doesn't recall. He may try to argue about some nuance if he thinks he can get away with it.

If he admits to lying, he opens himself up to thousands of civil suits by anyone conceivably harmed.

He and everyone who followed the crackpot Fauci have to answer to Karma and God

OH AND BY THE WAY FAUCI AND ALL THE MURDRERS ARE STILL UNDER STATE CRIMINAL LAWS AND CIVIL LIABILITIES FROM STATE TO FEDERAL

LOOKING FORWARD TO A FAUCI BUTT CUTTING

My (longish) thoughts on fauci.

1. We should all be cognizant that late in his career, he practiced about as much medicine as dr oz does now. He became an administrative bureaucrat…not that there’s anything wrong with that.
2. Somewhere along the way, dr fauci really came to love love love seeing himself on tv. I don’t say that based simply on the sheer volume of his appearances, but also based on his diaries and on accounts of people that know him and worked with him personally. Again some of that is part of the job, but for some people it becomes its own end. As I said earlier, vainglory. And vainglory never leads to anything good.
3. Let’s not lose sight of the fact that Trump hitched his wagon to fauci at the beginning of the pandemic, to trade on his perceived credibility, when he thought this would all go away in a few months. I actually think Trump did ok in the beginning from a comms perspective and otherwise, but when it didn’t go away immediately, he did the worst thing possible, which was to try to turn it into a political election issue, which included kicking fauci to the curb.
4. I think it’s beyond ludicrous to suggest that fauci was some sort of bioterrorist. Now, might we have funded gof research in wuhan? Sure, but I dont really care if we did, as that might actually be information worth knowing something about from a public health perspective, and well, China is where every other ******* parasite comes from, whether it be a virus, kudzu, or a Chinese lanternfly, so why not there.
5. What I do fault fauci for, and this probably goes back a bit to number 1, is that it’s really bad science to become entrenched in your view and not modify it based on pretty easy observed change, and to trot out the usual playbook that science, in this case taking the form of vaccines, was the only way out. It was pretty clear, pretty early, that if it were as deadly and contagious as suggested, we’d all be dead. (Remember the sneeze blast radius videos?).
6. Ftr, I have no problem with vaccines and I got vaccinated, twice. But as a guy who works in the industry, I managed unknown risks by taking the vaccine that arose from the conventional platform. There are always side effects that emerge at the population level. Always. (Well eventually see them with glp1’s).
7. Now fast forward. I don’t really give a damn if he lied, as long as he didn’t do so under penalty of perjury. I also think given the way Covid became politicized, his pardon might have actually been pretty prudent, in the way that fords pardon of Nixon was prudent. Sometimes you just have to do what’s necessary to move on, and maybe particularly if not doing so could affect people’s willingness to manage crap like this in the future.
8. I am intrigued by the current contempt nonsense, but only in an semi-academic sense. I’m not sure I love the idea that the fifth amendment can be used (post pardon) to prevent someone from even setting a perjury trap (as opposed to springing one tied to a historical but immunized statement). That said, finance raised a good point that he does face theoretical state prosecution risk.

No business person is responsible for a worldwide pandemic created in a lab or the subsequent actions by the US Government and State governments that shut down many segments of the economy based on advice being given by a high ranking official with an agenda.

That's not why he's being cast as evil. In this event he didn't only risk his own life, he risked millions of lives.

That's like you saying you know guns kill people and money that your organization sent to an organization to study gun violence resulted in someone obtaining a gun and killing somebody makes you a criminal.

But let's say that's true, GOF wasn't illegal at the time and that STILL doesn't make him responsible for the pandemic, especially when NO ONE knows for a fact that it came from a lab. You have very respected scientists in the field that still believe it was zoonotic in nature. I.E., no one knows for a fact because the Chinese won't cooperate and now this 85 yr old man has been tortured for 6 years by people on the RIGHT ONLY which makes this a political hit job and not an honest effort to find the cause.

And oddly, you don't have a single word to say about the man most responsible for it wildly tearing through our population, only the man that you can only theorize about. Wonder why?

perhaps fair enough though overstated, but not “really” sure a senator and former committee chair is really ever the best messenger to be whining about turning congressional hearings into show trials.
Too bad he's right. No way in hell we should still be torturing this 85 yr old man six years later for something that can't be proven after he has been sent dozens of death threats, some credible, and has been forced to pay for 24/7 security for he and his family. And one of our nation's most repected epidemiologists to boot. This is a partisan burning at the stake as part of Trump's retribution campaign and you know it. It's f'ed up and we have to be better than this.

Fixed it for you.
Enjoy your day in the sun because it might be decades before we elect another Republican administration, because you've failed us, all of you, and you've proven that you're far from rational human beings who can be trusted. Of course the rest of us knew innately that you never had the country's interest at heart but now it's out in the open for everyone to see. Chaos, divisiveness and hatred for your fellow citizens is what you signed up for and you got it in spades. We won't give you another turn.

No one claimed the business person was responsible for the pandemic. They were responsible for losing 10 years worth of financial growth, however. I didn't lose 10 years worth of financial growth ... did you?

All fair but not going to change the nature of congressional hearings.

and, sadly but truly, those are part of the rules of the game when you decide to be a political high flyer. Each administration produces its own wake of detritus.

Get a life please and let it go because nothing will be served by persecuting one of our nation's foremost epidemioligists except ensuring that no credible scientist will ever want to risk advising our government again because of you rabid loons with your misplaced priorities. Put your focus where it belongs - on the response. If it had been taken seriously from the beginning, we might have never seen any of the harsh policies that followed. Stop giving the main culprit a pass.

He's not lying here. A new poll came out today that showed 73% of Americans believe Trump is focused on the wrong things. Trying to trip up an elderly man so you can put him in jail is a dog and pony sideshow that the majority of Americans don't care about. So get it through your thick skull that your dark maga priorities do not align with the priorities of the vast majority of the country. It's not healthy.

'Intimidation and threats have significant and long-term consequences as scientists have withdrawn from social media platforms, rejected opportunities to speak in public, and taken increased safety measures to protect themselves and their families. Some have even diverted their work to less controversial and less timely topics. We now see a long-term risk of having fewer experts engaged in work that may help thwart future pandemics, and of fewer scientists willing to communicate the findings of sophisticated, fast-moving research topics that are important for global health. Research that could prepare us for future pandemics has been deferred, diverted, or abandoned (3). Most worrisome for future preparedness, the next generation of scientists has well-founded fears about entering fields related to emerging viruses and pandemic science (1921).'
