The moment I discovered Covid 19 was an animal host virus in August of 2021, from deer in OH, and later in PA that same year, Fauci absolutely knew, this was a transferable virus, and the vaccine would not stop the spread. It also showed, natural immunity was real. Humans spread the virus to animals. Even from those who had been vaccinated. Fauci knew this, because my own doctor at Duke and UNC was working with Birx. She knew Birx from running the ER at Thomas Jefferson in Philadelphia. Fauci absolutely knew this to be true.

The pardon is sort of an interesting twist (in an academic sense) in that the only exposure you have is for what you say after the pardon, so he’d really only have exposure for “prospective lies” after he retired, and candidly, I’m not even sure what that would be entail. Essentially he’s using it as an alternative to just disobeying the testimonial subpoena by not showing up. Unlikely much anyone can do about that.

I've been thinking about the pardon a lot. That only protects Fauci from the feds. Fauci undoubtedly fears the possibility of a state prosecution and possible civil suits, and I wouldn't be surprised if lawyers are lining up for that.
I disagree about there being no crime - the diaries show many inconsistencies with previous testimony in front of Congress. Even though Fauci can't be prosecuted for perjury now, he can be prosecuted if he lies again.
I really don't know why anyone continues to defend Fauci.
