When does ICA go bankrupt? You flat out told us there isn't money to pay for this project.
Another consideration is that the stadium renovations are none of our business. The beautiful people at PSU don’t answer to people who smell like us.
Hold on. That amount includes the $50 million from West Shore Homes for stadium naming rights?!? That's not a donation. it's a commercial transaction. Likelihood that it's ever going to be fully realized? What a load of schit.
Kraft was saying something like the stadium should be ready for maximum capacity sometime around the USC game.
Wonder what that means for season ticket holders. And which parts of the stadium might be restricted until then.
Overall, seems to be progressing along pretty nicely.
They're estimating 109,000 official capacity at some point this season with overflow bringing the total over 110,000, but that is for this season only and the capacity is expected to go down a tick from there upon completion.
My guess is that it's going to be below the West Side upper deck.
The new west side press box will be between the red lines below. IIRC, the new area will only be for broadcast media. Print media will remain on the east side. If that's wrong, I'm sure one of the On3 staff will correct me.

The Press Box side now looks like it belongs at Texas A&M complete with the steeply escalating stairways to get into the sideline nosebleed seats.
Reminds of traveling to NCS years ago it was like sitting in a teacup with 35,000 ravenous fans.
Same with me. It now looks like a modern NFL stadium like Lincoln Financial Field on that side.

When was this photo taken? It looks like seats haven't been installed and it's only 4 weeks until opening day.
Are the boxes on the 2nd level for the press this fall? I assume they're temporary.
Originally, the West Side upper deck wasn't supposed to be ready for seating until next season. It seems as if they're running ahead of schedule, although I'm unsure whether that section will be open sometime this season.
Anyone know what is happening underneath in the Gate C area? After entering the gate it was cluster trying to get to seats on the west side.
I believe I read somewhere they are ahead of schedule, due to the weather has been cooperating. They had allowed for certain delays and with the weather being fairly good it has allowed them to get ahead.
