Just another myth.It is not always better to have late daylight hours.
Early to bed is a key healthy habit and it’s hard to get a rhythm of sunset and 1-2 hours of night every day on our summer schedule.

“early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.Just another myth.

Not a myth, but a proverb and still true today.
There are no facts. Science doesn’t even know why we sleep. When do you go to bed and wake up every night? How healthy are you? What is your height, weight, BP, age. Are you on any medications? Let’s just go ahead and use facts and see if you can prove your point.
I don't have a strong take on keeping it vs getting rid of it but we're not constantly moving clocks back and forth. It's twice a year. Twice isn't constantly. I understand a majority probably think it's silly to continue doing it but to say we constantly do it is quite the stretch. Twice a year I switch 2 or 3 clocks. It takes maybe 20 seconds. No one is constantly running around switching clocks back and forth all the time unless it's by your own choosing. In 2026, it's stupid and pointless to be constantly moving clocks back and forth.
