so the credibility of sexual assault allegations , for you, hinges on general public opinion of the person

if someone is perceived as well liked or popular, sexual assault allegations are no big deal?

to be honest, that's a pretty sh*tty position on the topic

people are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

the lady has a significant amount of corroborating people she told and emails but it’s still a he said she said

I would think you would like me to believe in fsir

the public perception or personal reputation is on him

I don’t know what to say except I believe we work with facts not identity politics and hate mongering

Of course they do. And?

Y'all are so fkcd in the head with your red and blue teams that you take any criticism of your own team as an endorsement of the other.

Democrats and Republicans are both dog sh*t.
You tard. I don't give a **** about either party. I slam on republicans moreso now because of Trump/maga being the worst thing in politics.

The only Epstein files ever released were done by the Trump administration. In the millions. Epstein was arrested during Trump 45. Come back to reality.
So…not going to use logic, then? His name is in them thousands of times. They haven’t released them all and they certainly aren’t unredacted. In one that slipped he forced a 13 year old to give him a bj and then punched her after she bit him. But you support him. God, that’s effed up.

A lot of names are mentioned. The story about the 13 year old is a total lie.

Way to blame your lack of morality on a woman who refused to go on Joe Rogan's show.
Sounds like a stupid move if all she had to do was go on the Joe Rogan show and she didn’t. Was an expensive mistake (and extremely stupid). How easy would it have been to go on Togan and ask questions for an hour and she would have won. But she couldn’t do it . She had to much anxiety that her answers would suck.

In other words she was a an awful, awful candidate. Democrats will continue to pay for that mistake for another couple elections in my opinion. She was that bad.

You're such a drama queen, you have a serious issue with honesty. Of course there are redactions. Victims and judges have demanded them. The FBI deemed the claim you talk about as not believable. What don't you understand?

Wth were you when Biden didn't release a single page? No where. You're just here to make sh&t up and whine.

the allegations against Donald Trump only resulted in a judgement against him in civil court, so they have no credibility

the allegations against Platner, which have never been reviewed in any court, are credible

this sums up the trump supporters position in this thread?

Read somewhere that Heather Cox Richardson’s name was thrown out there as a possible replacement.
I hope not. She’s too awesome doing what she’s currently doing.

Trump entered the court of law. He was allowed to defend himself. And a jury found him liable for sexually assaulting a woman. They agreed that Trump pinned this poor woman up against a wall, spread her legs, and violently shoved his fingers up her v agina.

And Trump was allowed to appeal this. The appeals process found the same. That Trump violently pinned a woman against her will, didn't allow her to escape. And violently shoved his fingers inside her.

Wtf is wrong with you that you're okay with Trump having done this?

He has to withdraw because well that’s just how things work, even though for some inexplicable reason they don’t for Republicans. You can’t be accused of such a crime and continue.

That being said, I certainly think he deserves his say and will be interested in what the facts turn out to arrive at someday. Just because she has texts with therapists and friends in the days after and told a new boyfriend does not mean it happened necessarily the way she says either. What she describes is a felony rape and a red flag to me because why would friends and a therapist not say “you need to go to the cops, now”. It was not groping an acquaintance at a party or the office. It is not a story of drunken date rape of a woman saying no or unable to say no where often the woman is hesitant due to the ambiguity of proof he said she said. She describes a drunken man BREAKING into her house and RAPING her. Full stop, that is a major crime and not one people and a therapist would allow to not have her tell cops to or tell cops themselves nor one she can say don’t press charges. Therapists are not lawyers and are obligated to report crimes and victims. So to me there is a reason the cops never were involved IMHO. So we will see and if story has credibility I hope he is prosecuted and rots in prison.

So at best, he fake "raped" her to the level where she felt she didn't have enough to go to the police. That's not much better.

No. Nope at all what I am saying. And because I have seen it before several times impacting people I know, there are plenty of incidents where the story was not very believable to friends and therapists and seemed made up / a coping mechanism from the rejection afterwards. And it 100 percent is a thing that does happen. And when the cops get involved the story falls apart which is why cops do not get called.

I hope there is no statute of limitations here and cops formally investigate. It is a very serious crime she describes and one that HAS to be investigated if there is time still to press charges.

For me, that is the bigger story. Not the dropping out of becoming Senator but is he going to end up in prison for a very long time. This is not your normal sexual assault / date rape / sexual harassment texts political type story. This is a story of breaking and entering and rape.

😂 :ROFLMAO: 😂 :ROFLMAO:

Fact: Trump refused to rent to black and Puerto Rican people. And please don't hide behind the "settlement" dodge. The evidence the feds held was extensive.

Fact: Trump admitted to walking into the dressing room at the pageants he controlled - including Miss Teen USA. He said they “were standing there with no clothes”.

Fact: Trump has 34 felony convictions for fraud.

Fact: Trump has been found liable for cramming his fingers into the va.gina of E. Jean Carroll and has more than two dozen other women who have accused him of sexual assault.

And you dismiss all of it to support him.

I don't excuse it for anyone, so i remain standing up here
All I said was you can't claim the moral high ground by simply saying you don't engage in a particular activity.

Of course they do. And?

Democrats and Republicans are both dog sh*t.
And you can't claim the moral high ground when you state that the two parties are remotely comparable. When you do that, you're excusing a lot of "dog sh*t" that only one team practices.

You left out that the FBI interviewed a woman 3-4 times that claimed he sexually assaulted her at 13 years old. They believed it was credible and it was one of Epsteins trafficked teen models.

Democrats have a problem. The rot runs through the entire party (the epstein files already confirmed this though)

It’s insane.
Well, he mobilized a government military force to patrol the streets which caused the deaths of citizens. People, traditionally in America, have not liked that.
He's also a rapist and a convicted felon and was impeached twice.
He's never held a hammer in his hand. Inherited his position in life and by all accounts is a scalywag adulterer and narcissist. He's not likeable, he ran on hating the other side. He ran on hate.
He's torn up treaties with our allies and thrown the military around the world into unpopular 'excursions' he taxed Americans with tarriffs. He's just not that likeable my guy.

He’s a selfish a-hole. No doubt he will drag this out and it will take a massive pressure campaign to get him to leave. Middle Class Joe and Dr Jill refusing to exit after his brain fell out of his head during the debate is what I fear we’re about to go through again. I hope I’m wrong.

That DailyMail article is from 2016 BEFORE THE EPSTEIN FILES WERE RELEASED. The FBI interviewed her 4 times and found her allegations to be corroborated. I bet that article doesn't even exist today and you just are sharing some screen shot that has nothing tied to it.

"Jane Doe" aka "Katie Johnson" - 1994. Lawsuit filed June 2016, refiled October 2016 as reported by Buzzfeed and others, then dropped in November 2016.
Jane Doe is an unnamed plaintiff, who has also gone by "Katie Johnson" in legal papers. She claims she was repeatedly raped by Trump and Jeffery Epstein at Epstein's New York City apartment in 1994, when she was 13 years old. A witness, also given a pseudonym — "Tiffany Doe" — said she recruited "Jane Doe" and others. Doe, using the name "Johnson," gave an interview to the Daily Mail in which she said she did not know who Trump was at the time of the alleged attack but identified him later when she saw him on television. It is not known why she withdrew the lawsuit. She has not spoken publicly or withdrawn her rape allegation since then.

Check out the real article you are referencing: https://www.dailymail.com/news/arti...ty-DROPS-case-casting-doubt-truth-claims.html
