The letter I received said the mobile app and online banking platform would go down Thursday and be back up this weekend. And I was able to get a personalized tutorial on the business online for my treasury stuff for business.See my post above. I can’t access the new site to get things ready for Monday. Customer service said wait until after the transition and call back. They also said it’s a known issue with a lot of the transfers. Monday, and days after, will 100% be a **** show for a lot of business owners.

That said, the manager at my local branch has been on top of this stuff since the announcement. Probably not the case everywhere, as pirate described above. If someone told me “I don’t know, wait til Monday”. I’d have the same opinion. 17 that.
