AEW went through that the last couple years as well. Sign of these times, I suppose.
AEW going thru it now too. Not as bad as in past years but a lot of their Mexican wrestlers who don't have US citizenship are stuck in Mexico right now, which is brutal timing considering it's the Forbidden Door PPV cycle and CMLL is supposed to be part of it, which likely means other CMLL talent who aren't under dual contracts probably have visa problems too.

Beast Mortos hasn't had a match in the USA since Mania weekend
Komander hasn't since end of March
Mistico looks like his just got resolved because he had his first two matches in the USA last week after having none for nearly 2 months
Mascara Dorada hasn't had a USA match since May 2
Hechicero hasn't since April 22
El Clon/Arez hasn't since April 22

Gabe Kidd also has visa issues as confirmed by himself.

Sami Callihan is reportedly gone as well from TNA. He was working as a producer.

I will say he's one guy I always thought would end up in AEW.

This guy headed up the worst era of creative in ROH in the pre-Tony Khan era, has continued to do a terrible job in TNA, and yet he still keeps the job.

And now they might pair him with Road Dogg who was made to look like a bumbling buffoon on Unreal.

Would have been a good person to replace Dreamer. But why do that when you can keep a flunky around like Delirious and bring in another one like Road Dog?

Jon Alba, the co-host of Matt Hardy’s podcast and is one of the more tapped in people with TNA, said he thinks Anthem is trying to sell TNA.

For the record, WWE can match any offer TNA receives as part of their partnership.

Outside of the tape library what does TNA own that would be considered a true asset for WWE?
Tape library, IP, and a two-hour time slot on AMC.

TNA doesn’t own much beyond that other than contracts. They rent virtually everything equipment wise so you aren’t even buying that stuff.

OVW is set to become a developmental show for a developmental show (TNA) of a developmental show (NXT) of WWE. What in the world!? Lol
