Is that so???

Response from AI.

In 2009, President Barack Obama converted the existing South Lawn tennis court into a dual-purpose tennis and basketball court. He added basketball court markings and retractable goals, which allowed the space to be used for both sports. The court was used frequently for his legendary pickup games with staff, cabinet members, and visiting championship teams. [1, 2, 3]
You can explore the history of the court and view its layout on the Obama White House Interactive Tour. [1]
They were resurfacing the South Lawn Eisenhower era tennis court and Obama asked for it to be marked for basketball to make it dual-purpose and they added removable goals. That's it. Sum total. Painted lines and two goals on wheels.

Calling that a "facility" makes you're an idiot. Comparing it to tearing down the East Wing to build a whorehouse ballroom costing hundreds of millions of dollars makes you a moronic lunatic. You should slap your momma twice for raising someone so stupid.

5D Chess b1tchessss!!! 😆 🤣 😂

I get it now! Withholding the MOU was a trap laid by Trump!

Now he has the media reporting false leaks about how he is a failure for giving Iran money. The only problem is, we aren’t giving them any money, and now all the Leftists are inadvertently admitting Obama’s JCPOA was a bad deal, because Obama cleaned out banks in Virginia, DC, and Maryland, and gave Iran $1.7 billion in straight cash.

Now Trump gets to spend the week reminding the public about Obama’s horrific deal, which is what this situation is really all about. It’s about cleaning up Obama’s mess, because Obama and his administration helped Iran obtain nuclear weapons.

The Dems/MSM walked head first into a trap, and many of Trump’s supporters also took the cheese in the process. Now the public is being briefed on what all of this is really about. Barack HUSSEIN Obama!

OK, I read a synopsis of the difference between the Trump deal and the jcpoa....there are some differences...but not any significant ones. The problem is the MOU is not the final agreement..so we really don't know what the final agreement will be. So I can see the reason for criticism, but it might be too early as there is strictly an MOU not an agreement. ..just my perpective

MAGA and Republicans could turn a blind eye to Trump raping 13 year olds. But they will be unable to spin or avoid this catastrophic blunder and asinine MOU. Looks for Pete to be scape goated along with Vance but that won’t save Trump’s popularity crashing below the 30s as all conservative pundits blast the deal as well as Israel. This is the real beginning of the end of Trump.

Republican politicians, the military, and corporate billionaires are all realizing he has to go.

Why does MAGA keep saying, “this isn’t the final agreement. Until I see that, I can’t make an opinion” like you’re some diplomat who will be handed the final copy?

It’s hard for me to believe you’re too dumb to understand how bad America looks right now because of one person, the President. So then what is it? Why are you going to defend Trump until the very end? Do you understand what just happened and what is happening? America just lost a war, gave an enemy $300 billion, and showed that enemy they basically control the world economy. Like that actually happened. It’s not made up, it’s not fabricated, it’s not an over exaggeration. That’s real life. And instead of being outraged like all of America should be, you’re acting like you can’t make an opinion until you see the final copy, and even then you’ll be skeptical.

I hope you understand that Trump is going to be forced to resign. That’s going to happen. He’s not finishing out his term. This is by far the biggest blunder by a modern President in US history and you keep wanting to support him.

I want you to know that you can be a Republican and also be outraged. Like it’s ok. This isn’t a sport. It’s our country. Stop dick riding Trump and be pissed for once, Ned.

well I see that you're only partially unhinged. No matter how you want to phrase this, my post had zero mention how America looks right now. I said I looked at a synopsis of the jcpoa and the MOU...the MOU is not the final agreement....you don't know, no matter how outraged you want to be now what the final terms of that agreement will be. I keep seeing that America will give Iran $300 billion, and I've seen both Trump and Vance say that's not true. So, I will admit, that somehow you know exactly what the outcome is, I know I don't know.

Insofar as to how America looks...I just watched a TV blurb on Trump at the G7. From the statements made and the welcoming comments of the leaders I don't know how accurate your statement is. But again, since I have no idea, I'll just accept that you do know...so OK.

I would have zero concern if Trump resigned. Trump is as divisive an individual who has ever led the country...although Lyndon Johnson during the Vietnam wasn't loved. So if he left, maybe we'd see some semblance of civility return. Although I doubt it.

I'm not a republican, and I'd be outraged if there was something to be outraged about. I have posted numerous times that I think Trump blundered this thing. There should never have been a ceasefire....trump ceded momentum and is right now backed into a corner. There are far too many inconsistencies in what the US is saying about positions and what Iran is saying. Now you might know what's going on - Is trump playing us or is Iran planing it's citizens - but I don't.

So I come back to my original post....comparing the JCPOA and this MOU, I don't see any significant differences. If you want to argue that, be my guest.

Bigger picture, and unfortunately there is a bigger picture than the biggest geopolitical failure maybe ever, this is a message that our military has no answer for a bunch of speedboats and cheap drones.

How do you not see *any* significant differences between the two documents.

Also, they’re being weasely about the 300 billion. We may not be paying it directly out of the treasury but they’re getting 300 billion from somewhere because of the MOU

Agreed, and Trump will point that out. But there's a ton of Iran funds frozen b/c the US wanted them frozen. I suspect Trump will not have a lot of trouble getting that released as well.

Iran will get up to 100 billion in unfrozen cash on Friday.
They will now make 60 billion in new oil revenues annually.
They get the 300 billion when the final deal is signed.
Yesterday trump indicated we are ok with Iranians enriching nuke material for commercial uses. He also indicated that they should be allowed some missiles.

Trump has already undercut any chance of hard-line negotiations by conceding on big issues already.

It's a foreign policy disaster from stem to stern.
No sugar-coating this trump blunder

Yeah, Ned, like I said. It’s clear you’re not a stupid individual. Your deep hatred for anything Democrat clouds your judgement and hinders your ability to rationalize what’s going on right now. If Harris had been elected and followed Trumps playbook word for word, you would be pissed. You wouldn’t be wasting your time with any of this, “I have to wait until I see the final copy to make a judgement call” nonsense. Again, this isn’t a sport. You’re not being asked to compliment the South Carolina football team. You’re being asked to stand up for your country and put aside petty grievances you may have against Democrats. Donald Trump lost a war to an inferior opponent, ok. That happened. It’s real.

Watch us dance into victory at midterms.

Trump knew the public support wasn't there and wisely exited. He did not let Iran draw him into a forever war with ground troops etc. Their leadershop and military are decimated. Is it better or worse than Obama's deal? I, for one, could not care any less how the lefties want to frame it. Iran wont be getting a bomb anytime soon. Their leadership is gone, their military is gone.

The economy is about to explode in growth, all these companies making record investments in R&D are not going to miss. As @hawkeyetraveler noted yesterday, it's all about the economy. The war will be in the rear view mirror at mid-terms. So, get your licks in now because no one is going to care in a couple months. The deal will be viewed as acceptable by the market and hence people's wallet.

A landslide? She lost by less than 2% of the popular vote and Trump didn’t even get a majority. It’s one of the closest wins in modern American electoral history

I just find it better to be outraged when I know what I’m being outraged about. I don’t like this mou and then negotiate strategy and have said so. I also don’t like trumps decisions on this war.
But right now I don’t know the final outcome so it’s hard for me or anyone to know exactly how this will end.

I'm still of the opinion that this understanding deal falls apart. What we know is that neither side can be trusted, Israel can throw a wrench in the works anytime they want, this deal has no real details, and that both sides signed it separately which isn't a good sign.

That by itself is a bad sign this thing will lead to peace. Worse, Trump is deservedly getting raked over the coals for losing to Iran and his fragile ego can at anytime decide his feelings are hurt and start bombing again.

There a too many ways this thing can go sideways.
