I posted before if it was truly ab out of house hire we'd hear about it well before. So here we are.

This is immensely better than marc Hill. We need someone that can hunt money and this guy fits that bill.

Hopefully he has enough leeway to try to cancel the jmi deal for self dealing, but I doubt it.

I hope he can try to if he believes it really hinders our success. We need a bulldog who fundraises and cares about the large programs winning again. We need them for revenue more than anything else.

Hire a GM period. Someone completely separate from Pope. Fire him if he doesn’t make an elite 8 minimum this year.

Fire Mingione and Lawson day one and rebuild the baseball and softball programs.

Find out how to move away from JMI within the next five years. Transform the funding of the program to a model that actually works and make the deals programs like Duke are making.

That’s just the start but those are non negotiables.
