I seem to recall one of our finer posters suggesting a few months ago that we may need 4 of Sanchez, Howard, O'Farrill, Hazelett, Hutcherson, or Hoare in '28 to stay a solid step ahead of OSU. Is that still gonna be a thing with 5/5?
"We need so-and-so" was not a thing since we hired Cael, except with panicky fans. No reason it would be with 5/5, again except with panicky fans.
I don't think Penn State "needs" 4 of that group, but I wouldn't be shocked if they wind up with 4 of them.

Yeah, man. When you let 6mos of board slop accumulate, it's much more efficient and far more joyful to find the #quality #content in a couple of fell browsing swoops.

Sidun and Mangano (Not discounting Sheperd or Burnett) are going to be a steal and this entire 2027 class for PSU keeps them in the drivers seat through 2030 and we will be adding Teague in soon too!
Interestingly, no OSU Cowboys or Huskers in that top 10.
Cael can somehow bring top tier talent into an already loaded room. Taylor and the cry baby in NE aren't there yet and may never get there. We are blessed to have something special at PSU.

It looks like we will have to wait for Kenny and Bachman to transfer to see if they can win a national title.
That's one hell of a racket:
- over-rank a bunch of mid prospects
- recruit them to a school where the coach can't coach
- collect commission
- they win anyway
- best brain ever
- repeat next year
Sidun is a typical PA kid who might not get the most free accolades but you know he will be a hammer in folk. He's also a career 125 which is great, I think Burnett almost certainly outgrows it.

These ranking of teams make no sense. I would take 4 top ten over 1 every day.
Would be happy to land Sánchez but he’d be coming into a crowded lightweight room.
Probably gonna be a while until we land the next big name. 2027 class is set for elite guys, and with the new recruiting rules, coaches can't contact 2028 prospects until summer 2027.

Not much actually. I could see him somewhere besides Penn st or Oklahoma st. Maybe a Michigan Ohio st Nebraska VA tech ASU something like that
With Sidun and Sanchez both career 25s, U17 World teamer (knocked off PA and returning World Champ Keegan Bassett), Karenbauer, may be a better fit than Sanchez. 2x Powerade champ, PA 3rd as freshman, 1st as soph, only one career loss. Hammer on top and bonus point machine. Projects as 33/41

I believe Chase has won the vast majority of their match ups across all styles. I like his ceiling more than Keegan’s personally. Plus, Keegan kinda comes off as a prick sometimes whereas I’ve never heard anyone say anything cross about Chase
I noticed Dice’s spreadsheet has Clinton Shepherd as a 157, but can anyone see him as our 149 post-SVN?
