The part I take exception to is the presumption I don’t work hard.

I work my *** off in a profession that is notoriously fickle when it comes to compensation - but it is meaningful work that has purpose, I enjoy and am pretty good at.

I am super proud of Mrs. Torbee who has only grown and improved the family business as a fourth generation owner. My son is now in year two with the company and looks like he’ll be a great 5th generation steward.

My daughter, like me, chose to go into a personally fulfilling but not well-compensated field: public teaching. I am as proud of her as I am my son.

Well unfortunately he’s found a group of 5 or so other posters here on the free board that think just like him. They are possible the most annoying group of people I’ve ever encountered. It’s funny you bring up the popularity poll because he’s done the same thing on here recently. Another one of those posters I’ve mentioned above, loves the popularity polls as well. They’ve taken it a step farther these days and really concentrate on their likes to post ratio. They’ve taken all like each other’s posts no matter what the post is. It’s comical.
