Hampton would be technically re-classing into his correct year. so a college freshman, as he is older than Stokes, Holt, etc.
People who do not follow basketball don’t realize how many of these kids had parents who were advised to hold their kid back so they would be more physically mature to compete. I am unaware of Hampton’s situation, but that is one way all of these kids can “reclassify.”
He read where Lexington is now the #6 Best Food City in the United States, so he wants to come explore the dining establishments outside of Carson's.

Hampton's visit does not in my mind rule out getting Mom because Mom has made it clear that he only wants to play one more year in college and Hampton he wants to wait until the 27 class is ready. either way it's a smart move to get Hampton on campus

I’m not sure what happens when these guys get on campus for a visit but it usually turns out bad. Whatever it is that is happening needs to be fixed.

Explain. Arizona is offering less money. If he takes less to go to an actual contender he seems to be the opposite of what you state. Coming to UK would fulfill what you stated.

I was right there with you on your Cal takes. Pope has really struggled to land guys, it seems, but then you look up and he's got a damned decent roster for next season. I've that should be much better in the locker room and on the court. Give the guy some credit for getting it done. Come on. Own it. I still have my doubts on the guy as overall coach and leader of our program. I don't think he's the answer. But I'll give him his due. I think there's a good chance we get this kid. I do. Even with Pope being weird and ****. Some guys don't mind that and aren't too cool for it. This may be that kid.
Does he get better by staying another year in HS is the question im asking myself.. reclass with a 2 yr plan in mind.
Get stronger your freshman campaign by playing back up minutes
in the best conference imo. Year 2 you start and youre already better for the team with being looked @ NBA/ preseason accolades!!
