I'm not sure where you're trying to go, but a question...is sexual assault another word for rape? because the NY jury, in the trump case rejected a claim of rape and found trump liable for a lesser charge....sexual assault. There have been many many people convicted for sexual assault that went nowhere toward the level of rape.

I have stated he was adjudicated as a sexual abuser. What you refuse to admit is that he would've been adjudicated as a rapist in most states other than New York because his actions fit the federal definition of rape. Yes, everyone else and I know, the case was heard in New York. That does not change the validity of my second sentence.
