I'm not splitting anything...Google it...trump was not found guilty of rape. It's a relatively simple concept, or at least it used to be before tump. A person is arrested, charged, tried by jury and either found guilty or not guilty.. There is no hair splitting, no interpretation., the defendant is either a. guilty or b. not guilty. Now you can opine that if the jury finds the person guilty, that he really was not guilty, or opine the opposite if the jury says not guilty.Fine to be legally precise, but recognize you’re splitting hairs.
Some states don’t even have a crime called “rape.” Would you then say there are no rapes in these states?
But agree or disagree, the verdict is the determination.
I'm really surprised that this is such a difficult concept for so many of you to understand. It just seems that you guys have made up your mind that Trump is guilty of rape, no matter what the jury says after the trial.
