Chambliss stayed for money and bc no one was sure if he’d be eligibleKiffin left before this happened. And for only one reason. LSU is a better job. Lacy & Chambliss stayed for 2 reasons. They got paid & they dont like Kiffin.

Lacy back too. People saying but they lost their offensive coordinator. Those players will make a lot of offensive coordinators look good.Chambliss back, d line from Oregon, bama, fla, OT Curne from LSU, Deuce Knight, top cb and wr. they have a playoff roster.
Hell yes I would. Especially if he had also beat Georgia last year.I’m going to throw a hypothetical out here. If the roles were reversed and State had the #2 portal class would you be dick riding Lebby as hard as you are Golding? I’m betting you wouldn’t.
This is how you can tell you’ve taken a massive L. I’d tell you to wear it like a man, but I’m confident that’s not possible. Just keep holding out hope for the NCAA. I’m sure it’s just around the corner. You and Bracky Brett can hold hands while you wait. Maybe work on another piece of **** magazine to convince yourself you’re clever. Lots of options to bide your time.I'm just speaking facts and calling you out for being a bltch. I'm not rooting one way or the other.
Maybe ask your boyfriend to let you be the top for a while so you can start feeling a little more manly.
Exactly. These morons are so blind they think observable facts are just anti-MSU propaganda. Give me a break. If Lebby had put together the season OM just had, only complete buffoons would be critical.Hell yes I would. Especially if he had also beat Georgia last year.
But the main guy who "put together" last season for olemiss is gone. Y'all might be slobbing the wrong knob.Exactly. These morons are so blind they think observable facts are just anti-MSU propaganda. Give me a break. If Lebby had put together the season OM just had, only complete buffoons would be critical.

Golding =TEMU Orgeron.Speaks on the announcement of tampering investigation into his program. What's obvious here is that the only reason Ole Miss would let this goofball blabber on about this is that they are ready to cut bait at the first opportunity and try to hire a real coach.
It's their built-in out.

Ole Miss coach Pete Golding navigating post-Lane Kiffin era, pushes back on NCAA tampering investigation
Pete Golding is ready to take aim at fellow competitors if the NCAA decides to hit Ole Miss with tampering penalties.www.on3.com
No my point is Golding and this coaching staff are not Kiffin & Company from last season. It’s completely unknown but some of yall act like nothing changed and they just pick it up like nothing happened. Theres alot of unknowns in this equation.Exactly. These morons are so blind they think observable facts are just anti-MSU propaganda. Give me a break. If Lebby had put together the season OM just had, only complete buffoons would be critical.
Not enough colored and formatted words in the postHas Roy McLain entered the chat?
It’s not just the OC. They lost the man who put that roster together in Lane . Yes they won two games in the playoffs but that was still the lane roster and staffLacy back too. People saying but they lost their offensive coordinator. Those players will make a lot of offensive coordinators look good.
Ole MissTwo quick questions from reading all of this thread. 1. Who has the better recruiting class us or OM? No long drawn answers just simple. Us or them? 2. Does anybody expect the NCAA to do anything? If there is anybody that thinks the NCAA is going to really do anything, then hit me up with a dm I have some ocean front property in Arizona I would love to talk about with you.
OM has two inquiries going on currently. One with multiple allegations of tampering from the NCAA.Two quick questions from reading all of this thread. 1. Who has the better recruiting class us or OM? Ole Miss has had a better ranked recruiting class literally every year but two or three since 2000 or so when they started ranking them. Go look. It doesn't matter if your coach and program are a train wreck as they frequently have been.Thank you sir
Because these players have done nothing since HS, thus why they’re now evaluated as 3* players. News flash, players evaluations move up or down based on their production.OM has two inquiries going on currently. One with multiple allegations of tampering from the NCAA.
OM has also multiple investigations into “pay for play” allegations from the CSC which governs the Rev share and NIL.
On the recruiting front. Why is it that OM and others are getting players through the portals that the star ranking from HS is carried over to the portal star rankings with little to no stats? For instance these players we signed in the portal all had four star rankings in HS but yet now they are three star. These players have similar stats to what OM signed. Below is our signees HS rankings
Riley 4 star,
Love 4 star
McVay 4 star
Miller 4 star
Gilbert 4 star
Evans 4 star
Chester 4 star
Williams 4 star
Rashada 4 star
Johnson. 4 star
Grimsley 4 star
Dolby 4 star
Nash 4 star
So why don’t we get the benefit of the doubt like OM is getting
I agree with all this except that he has experience. If being a coordinator = head coach experience, then Lebby had 'experience' too.My post earlier is PG has experience and a good nucleus. He’s a Saban disciple FWIW. The jury’s out. But OM has done a great job raising money and spending it, less baseball and basketball. We lucked up on Trinidad. A grad assistant found him on a video. Our starter goes down early and subsequently LK hits the LA lottery. My point is it takes money, a GM picking players and spend, then some luck. Most SEC coaches win if all falls in place.
I don’t think anyone thinks Golding is the next Saban (or even Kiffin). But it’s ridiculous to think he’s the next Croom (or Lebby). And yes. They did get very lucky with Chambliss.I agree with all this except that he has experience. If being a coordinator = head coach experience, then Lebby had 'experience' too.
All the rest is true.
I don't see golding being the next Saban or even Kiffin, but some people (olemiss fans and a few scared to death State fans, it seems) believe he is. We will see, but my guess is we won't really know until after this coming season. Y'all will win most of your games this year, unless 1 of the 2 key guys get hurt. The real answer will be the following season.
Agree, every year is a reload and we all basically start from scratch. Money, scouting & luck. Honestly IMO the organization is more important than the coach going forward. Think the Saban idolization has sailed. We both are facing the most brutal schedule almost every year. What could go wrong?I agree with all this except that he has experience. If being a coordinator = head coach experience, then Lebby had 'experience' too.

I was responding to the olemiss fan who said he was a Saban disciple, so maybe KWSN doesn't but it certainly seems like some people might think that way. Hell, just reading some of the comments in this thread makes me believe there are State people who think he is.I don’t think anyone thinks Golding is the next Saban (or even Kiffin). Again, I am looking for simple answers. Us or them? I am sure the NCAA will release a statement condemning their actions, or hit them with some meaningless punishment. If you have looked at NCAA enforcement over the past decade, and think they will really do anything other than meaningless stuff to save face, then we are watching two different organizations. The hammer ain’t coming, moral outrage which means nothing maybe, but no hammer.OM has two inquiries going on currently. One with multiple allegations of tampering from the NCAA.

Heck even his own supporting link shows they’re out recruiting us badly.Again, I am looking for simple answers. Us or them? Majority of OM recruits haven’t done jack either. Chester has been a starter on the lsu OL last two years yet he’s down graded and Currie, who’s already been arrested mind you played in 8 total games. Your trying hard to make us look bad and facts don’t really help youBecause these players have done nothing since HS, thus why they’re now evaluated as 3* players. Chester started 2 years ago but was demoted. Only started last game of season last year & only played in 7 games. So we got a backup OL from a down lsu team who knew his days in BR were over. Offers from South Carolina, GA Tech & Baylor.Majority of OM recruits haven’t done jack either. He’s clearly not Arnett, their boosters are much smarter than our boosters. no other program would pull the brain dead crap that was pulled prior to the 23 season, essentially nuking the program.I don’t think anyone thinks Golding is the next Saban (or even Kiffin). I don’t think they’ll make the playoffs. Maybe 9-3.He’s clearly not Arnett, their boosters are much smarter than our boosters. no other program would pull the brain dead crap that was pulled prior to the 23 season, essentially nuking the program.
Where I would question PG and Ole Miss is the new OC ? Is he going to be a downgrade, is he stupid enough to change what’s working for them ? Did Ole Miss under invest in the their O line other than the big Currin kid from LSU at OT ?
they will be salty on defense, they signed top edges and good linebackers . some big DTs, safety and cb.
I think on paper they have the roster on paper to get back to the playoffs, but O line depth/injuries and a change at OC could do them in.
That’s +- one game, I haven’t looked at their schedule.I don’t think they’ll make the playoffs. Maybe 9-3.
Well, we do go head to head with them in recruiting. And we play them every year.I worry as much about what third tier ole miss is doing as I do what North Dakota state is working on. They can’t even get a coach to stick with them in their best year in school history. Why should we?
I wish we would do the same thing. If we were in their shoes, I would hope we would have fought tooth and nail to get our star QB another year. If Lebby had just led us to the semifinals and tampered to get us a star linebacker once ours left, I would want us to go to bat for him. But the problem is I’m not sure we would do that type of stuff
Some schools are serious about winning football programs. We are not one of those schools.Have we ever? Seems like State always takes their licks instead of actually fighting the NCAA and the "system." Being content with what the NCAA has to say is one thing that has always bothered me about State.
NDSU is a goldmine in terms of o line play. Something we should pay attention to.I worry as much about what third tier ole miss is doing as I do what North Dakota state is working on. They can’t even get a coach to stick with them in their best year in school history. Why should we?
