My sources say it's a done deal for Kentucky and its 6.5+ milly.. I can't reveal my source... Yet.

KSR+ insider JQ25-26 reports that a deal is reportedly close to being finalized, with NIL numbers currently being finalized and official contracts under review.
While nothing is official yet, this is another positive development for Kentucky as the Wildcats continue to push for one of the top available players in the transfer portal.

I don't know, it sounds more to me like if there is a breakdown in his recruitment at this stage, it would be on the NIL side. The kid has already stated he likes Pope, his system and feels he would be a good fit.

Idk them to judge their character. And, I don’t doubt that they’re nice guys. But, they’ve never had a good track record & they just annoy me on the surface. I respect your opinion. I haven’t had many interactions with Jack, but he’s been nice enough in the small sample. I’ve had many with Jacob Polacheck and he’s a super nice and awesome guy. Don’t know about Nick. Ultimately, your opinion on them can’t be wrong either way — it’s yours. I do agree with you they should hire the young kid though if he nailed this recruitment.

I hope we pay him more NIL than any player in the country, even if he isn't worth it. That would at least take away some of the NIL/JMI concerns.

I live in ACC country so they were always in the local ABC broadcasts here and of course they were always on nationally too. I just thought the color scheme and Osceola and renegade and Bowden were just the coolest things in the world when I was growing up

Allegedly. Some people are contesting the notion, saying it was a misunderstanding that Kam did not actually follow MM. I don’t have social media myself.
I will say…if it actually happened, it doesn’t look good for JQs report of a “done deal” imo.
I have instagram but I don’t follow any of our players. But yea I agree that certainly seems weird at the very least, if true. I was starting to get my hopes up
