Here’s the original article from the UF student paper that lays out the claims, with some very interesting and specific details:

The official Title IX claim came from someone else who is never named, and from what I read it actually kick started the Taurean Green Title IX investigation (they reference the crazy stuff that was widespread in the AD in the original article).
The university hired an outside firm to investigate the Title IX claim, which means the school couldn’t comment during the entire process. The firm found no evidence of Title IX violations and the university dismissed the charges. Florida started the season 13-0, ironically losing their first game of the season to Mark Pope. When the original article was published they were 2-0 and ranked around 20th.
The way it reads to me is they defined the narrative in a narrow way and “exonerated” him because none of his creepy s hit happened during his official duties as coach.
There’s not a single quote I’ve seen from any ruling or official university statement that says he didn’t actually do the things he was accused of doing. He was just creeping on his own time. And that’s all they looked at—-did it happen while he was serving in his capacity as head coach. It didn’t so they dropped the charges.
Just my opinion, maybe I’m wrong. But I feel pretty good about my overall read that he is a creep of the highest order.
