He'll still be found guilty again but it will be another huge financial cost to the citizens of South Carolina. He's never leaving prison due to the sentences in the financial crimes....maybe the State will offer and his attorneys will convince him to simply enter a No Contest plea. That would be the most economical result.

Oh how the public and pundits (even certain podcasters) would scream about good ol’ boy politics and influence and the grave injustice even though it would save the state millions of dollars to end with the same result - a man spending the rest of his life in prison.Agreed completely.
