This has nothing to do with whether or not you agree or disagree with anything related to transgenderism ... this just has to do with basic knowledge and human reasoning.
They (transgenders and those who acknowledge transgenderism's existence) view biological sex and gender as different, but related, things. So the desire to align attributes of your biological sex with you gender, as much as possible, isn't "weird" as it relates to transgenderism. So, someone born, with a penis (unlike you) ... who feels that their gender is female, may want to chop off their penis, and mock up a ****** as much as can be done, so that their physical attributes represent their gender, as much as possible.
There's no cognitive dissonance there at all, from their perspective.
Again, this is just basic human logic ... how are you not getting this? You might consider yourself human, but your level of brain functioning suggests otherwise. But we'll refer to you as a human if it makes you feel better.

A handful of nuts (I think these shooters would qualify as nuts whether they were transsexual or not) coming out of the woodwork to commit shootings vs. a very large number of masked "law enforcement" agents assaulting, kidnapping, beating up, and shooting citizens and immigrants alike. in their own communities, all funded by the Executive Branch in an effort to intimidate voters in blue states and cities.
