And we had to hire that one high school recruits Dad just to get him to come here.
Is any other school doing this amount of visits? Seems like Louisville et al. are just bagging and tagging dudes over the phone while we keep dragging through the process.

It's not a question of better options, it's about what players Pope is capable of getting commitments from.

I don't think that's what this means. I'm guessing they have a bunch of kids scheduled this week. This kid looks more like a backup to be honest. If they were starters at average programs like CU, they should never be considered a starter at a program like UK (but then we have an average program coach named Pope...).
Looks to be a good passer and ball handler for a PF wouldn’t mind him coming off the bench at all
I'm not sure he's much of an upgrade from Jelavich. Played at a lesser school and more mins. His per 40 mins aren't much different. Better from 3. Worse from 2. Lesser of a rebounder. One positive is, he hasn't yet been coached by Pope...so there's that.

Starting to feel like a repeat of last season. We will have to overpay 2nd and 3rd choices to field a team.
If we can get the ones it looks like we can it should be much better than last season. 'If' we can get 3-4 of Stokes, Diallo, Cox, Wilkins, Freeman and Goode then we will have a chance to compete at a high level. If we whiff on those guys and only get 1-2 of them then I agree. Time left but way to kill the excitement.
