you would be if thats the starter at PFHe shoots 1.3-4.1 from three, so shoots at 33.1%. Jumped up a ton from last year, percentage-wise, too. Good for about 2 APG. He also has two more years in the tank.
Again, ain't mad about it.

When is Goode visiting? He has some flaws that keep him from currently being a star, but I wouldn’t totally hate this if we can’t get Freeman. His 33% mark from three isn’t earth shattering, but is serviceable for a stretch big, and there’s reason for optimism that he could improve it a bit since he was an 86% free throw shooter. He also had a really solid defensive rebounding rate and showed some passing ability this year. He did all this in the Big 12, so there’s less concern about his game not translating or needing time to adjust against high level competition.
The flaws are that he doesn’t rate very well defensively and will absolutely need to improve his finishing inside the arc, as 47% from 2 is honestly pretty bad for someone his size. I could see him being a legitimate rotation piece on a good team, but probably not a star unless he makes a big jump in his development.
No visit has been set up with him that I can find. When is Goode visiting?

Do you presume to tell me my opinion?you would be if thats the starter at PF
Most of the people responding on this board are not UK fans. They are happy to stop by and run down the program and hope recruits read their awful remarks. This place is a cesspool. You get a pretty good player visiting, and you are running him down before he even gets here. No wonder the Cats can't sign anyone.Yes recruits do read these message boards in order to get a feel of what they are getting themselves into.
Nothing gets my juices flowing like battling bottom feeder IU over a recruit.
That’s when you know you suck!
If he chooses IU over us then you know we’re dead!
IU no longer has a spot for him. They have signed their starting center and are about to announce Aiden Sherrill from Bama as the starting four.Nothing gets my juices flowing like battling bottom feeder IU over a recruit.

And we had to hire that one high school recruits Dad just to get him to come here.Yes. Pope is killing it here. 1 high school commit (who is out of the top 100), zero transfer portal recruits, and over half the roster leaving.
I cant control if you have awful opinions. If you want him to be the starter over all the other better options like Reibe at PF or Marauskus etc, then Im sorry for having faith in youDo you presume to tell me my opinion?![]()
This fun. Relax. Nobody is off the board yet. This is getting depressing.
The Whiff King securing the 3rd & 4th options
This guy might be 5th or 6th lolThe Whiff King securing the 3rd & 4th options
It's not a question of better options, it's about what players Pope is capable of getting commitments from.I cant control if you have awful opinions. If you want him to be the starter over all the other better options like Reibe at PF or Marauskus etc, then Im sorry for having faith in you

Interesting that you doubled down instead of saying, "You know what? You're right. My bad."I cant control if you have awful opinions. If you want him to be the starter over all the other better options like Reibe at PF or Marauskus etc, then Im sorry for having faith in you
It is for CMP.So is 12 pts, 6 boards, 40%FG, 33%3pt and .5 blocks a game really a bigtime PF we needed?

So they're going to have a starting 6?IU no longer has a spot for him. They have signed their starting five and are about to announce Aiden Sherrill from Bama as the starting four.
I don't think that's what this means. I'm guessing they have a bunch of kids scheduled this week. This kid looks more like a backup to be honest. If they were starters at average programs like CU, they should never be considered a starter at a program like UK (but then we have an average program coach named Pope...).Freeman is off the table then.
Better beThis is a back up for freeman I’m sure
I'm not sure he's much of an upgrade from Jelavich. Played at a lesser school and more mins. His per 40 mins aren't much different. Better from 3. Worse from 2. Lesser of a rebounder. One positive is, he hasn't yet been coached by Pope...so there's that.Feels very Pope-ian to me
Like an upgraded Jelavic, more talented but less experienced Carr
Yea, cause there's not been any guys become stars in the portal era at moving up in schools. SmhI don't think that's what this means. I'm guessing they have a bunch of kids scheduled this week. 200lbs and 6 foot? That's a bmi of 27, overweight. And you're running around calling others fatasses? The ones who only say negative stuff, the ones say I project lol I'm 200 lbs and about ,6ft chubby not miserable haha. Don't matter who we get. Worse thing is is lots of fake news around there, since everyone wants to be the first to know everything. Which one of you negative ones are in this picture?
Starting to feel like a repeat of last season. We will have to overpay 2nd and 3rd choices to field a team.Going to be a tad underwhelming when this is our first Boom but hey I'll take that first Domino and its an upgrade all the way around for us. Would love to lock in a guard too ASAP.
If we can get the ones it looks like we can it should be much better than last season. 'If' we can get 3-4 of Stokes, Diallo, Cox, Wilkins, Freeman and Goode then we will have a chance to compete at a high level. If we whiff on those guys and only get 1-2 of them then I agree. Time left but way to kill the excitement.Starting to feel like a repeat of last season. We will have to overpay 2nd and 3rd choices to field a team.
Who the heck is this guy? wtf.Awesome, the 98th ranked portal player!!! Way to go Pope!
Maybe a good sign, he was due to visit BYU next...
