For those of you knowledgeable about Pennsylvania taxing authority, which entity holds control over property/business taxation regarding a casino located in Centre County?

It can’t be College Township, can it?

For those of you knowledgeable about Pennsylvania taxing authority, which entity holds control over property/business taxation regarding a casino located in Centre County?

It can’t be College Township, can it?

The county, township, and school can collect property tax, but that is a value that probably has not changed much since it was a mall.

I am not aware of any "business" tax that is levied in the area.

The employees pay a Local Service Tax, up to $52 per year. That is split between either twp ($47) and school ($5).
I cannot think of any other relevant taxes off the top of my head.
