I would like to see someone re-do this graphic eliminating all the FF's made prior to 1951 when they went to 16 teams.
Decided to take it upon myself to re-run those numbers and removing the FFs made prior to 1951. I'm not good at graphics, but here's how the totals would change; there would be 8 schools removed altogether bringing the total of "legit" FF schools from 99 to 91.

Kind of crazy Purdue only has 3 FF appearances. A lot of flameouts with good teams.

I was looking back one day at past tournament results, and noticed that Purdue was often the victim of earlier round upsets. Keady was an excellent coach but his NCAA Tournament record wasn't all that great considering the teams he had.
