"The owner found that a vase, green rug, accent wall, chair, and a tiger rug were also peed on"


I'm kind of impressed with some of these items.

They need to just clear out the entire condo, carpets and all, repaint the walls, maybe the ceiling*, and buy new furniture and appliances. Both damage assessments are low.

I’m thinking since it was recorded and the amount of items affected this was more of a projectile situation & not a squat & mark situation. Likely with the help of batteries
