yeah that's the one...and now that I have watched it again, it seems like even Golden's douchey assistant coaches were mocking Pope and yelling at him, telling him to basically **** off. Thanks for posting it again, Wildcat4ever!

I think most people make fun of him. Golden and Oats just make fun of him openly.
He makes fun during press conferences not during game but in very public way

Pope will never be the right guy. You don’t win with words. Pretty ridiculous he doesn’t get his team private time. Hes sacked every day so he goes straight to bed when he gets home. Pope has no energy left. He has clearly deteriorated throughout the season. The dude should take a few years off and enjoy that money he’s made.

On his call-in show last year, I remember that he actually said he usually drinks a glass of warm milk before heading to bed. Just to unwind, but he tries to limit it to one. Lactose.
If we're being truthful, what you are describing about the negative side of his personality is amplified when he's sitting down with an African American family trying to convince their son to come to UK.
I'd say Pope himself is probably UK's biggest deterrent to getting Stokes.
I just think most black families are going to come to the conclusion that Pope is just some goofy full of s**t white dude after visiting with him.

It’s absolutely WILD to me that we have fans that quite literally get their rocks off on ANYONE poking fun at Mark Pope. It’s flat out disgusting IMO. Not only that, but just all out weird as hell.
The thing that is odd is that Pope played for Pitino. Pitino has always been the master at having his teams playing motivated and with 110% energy and effort. I miss those Pitino teams when the ball tipped it was like releasing ravenous dogs. Opponents were scared.
They complain when the team wins............end of story.
I am the type of person that backs the current leader 100%......it doesn't matter if he is my guy or my pick.......coach is having a rough go at it this year......the last thing this he needs is every basketball fan jumping on him........same goes for the players.......100% support until the last second of play.......from top to bottom not one of them are satisfied with the way the season has played out........GO CATS!
