I hope the Hawkeyes make it hell for Betts tomorrow. And UCLA was fortunate to beat Ohio State by 10 today. Had OSU not gone hero ball the last 4 minutes, they would have had a great shot at the upset.
That’s not true at all. We played every bit as physical as Michigan. Feurbach was everywhere, Chit Chat was actually great on ad as well and of course Stuelke was physically dominant on the defensive end.
Well they got to the Final 4 last year and probably will again. Good chance of making the Finals but they’re not good enough offensively to beat UConn.
I think we have 2 things going for us: 1. Hawks aren’t traveling to the west coast, 2. They aren’t playing their first game after losing a starter to a season ending injury.
Maybe Iowa loses by 23 again, but I am really doubting it. Hoping Iowa overcomes the odds tomorrow.

Agree, if the ref doesn’t call it, it’s not a foul, I think #15 for M got away with 4-5 uncalled. Don’t care for her game or Michigan game plan. All predicated on they can’t call everything!

Just very proud of these ladies and continuing to carry the torch for Iowa women’s basketball that Vivian started years ago. Quite a run of great coaches and players for a long time!

Any loose ball is usually called a tie up even if you bear hug, tackle or fall on somebody or just grab their arm...been awhile since I saw one called a foul I guess

You "got" sh$t stomped in the 4th quarter. I've seen multiple games where players were T'd up for exactly that. The refs ignore most of the barking. That's pretty obvious, or we'd all have players ejected constantly. Clark would never have made it through a game.
For whatever complaints we might have Jans emphasis on defense has made a major impact on this young group.
Again I say that I know nothing for certain but I too saw Erod on the bench and at end of the game today too and her countenance could not be more enthusiastic and supportive of her teammates.

From top to bottom. Obviously they have talent being a top 5 record in the Big Ten. But it's their style of play that allows them to win, not their talent.
You guys are just really really bad at judging talent and effectiveness. Stremlow and Chit-chat were awesome on both ends of the floor against a great team today, and have proven they can play against anyone in the country, and are a huge reason why Iowa is having an unbelievable season.
I'm not sure what to say to someone who's watched all of these games and still believes Addie has more talent than Stremlow and needs more minutes. It's beyond my comprehension.
