Shot clock was about expired. (90% sure of that)

Fred Hoiberg is smart. He ends the half wanting 2 possessions ("2 for 1") and that's exactly what he got. And they got 5 points off those 2 possessions.

45 SEC MARK: Hoiberg makes lay up

8 SEC MARK: Debbie defensive rebound

1 SEC MARK: Jacobsen makes the 3 pointer

Anyone willing to bet that an Iowa player with 1 foul to start the 2nd half will be whistled for his 3rd before any of numerous NEB guys with 2 get called for their third foul??

And better than the stats and scoreboard shows.

For one instance, Mast not called for a 5-second call and then unfairly awarded with a weak foul on Iowa at the end of the shot clock.

Three of little red's starters have 2 fouls. Keep an eye on that as we start the second half.

They have been always this season no matter how many there. Good to see.

Hawks playing very good defense right now. Little red keeps getting bailed out by the fouls.
