I can't decide if Levi or Josh has improved the most since last year. They both have jumped. Barr looks significantly bigger, leaner and meaner.
If that's Mike Evans, he isn't impressed.
I have. Crumbl cookies are gross.I've never tried one either, I get diabetes just looking at that pink box - but, I'm a judgmental prick who conducts metabolic health research for a living. My wife and kids will split one and we'll take the rest to the family Christmas party.
My go-to is a few overbaked sweet potatoes with a bunch of course salt. I used to mash up 4-5 (150-200g carbs) of them, put it in a ziplock and throw it in my saddlebag for longer training rides. IMO better tasting and easier on the stomach than these gels or bars or waffles, etc. with a dozen ingredients which you can barely pronounce. I'll do the same today if we're doing a long hike, but it's a little less messy since I don't have to be concerned about fitting it in a small space and eating without stopping on a bike. As noted, zero nutritional reason for anybody to be eating like that unless they need to keep serum glucose levels up - nonstop - for a long while.I've been consuming 100g/hr of carbs when riding my bike for a year now. That level of fuel to the body for hard, sustained efforts makes a dramatic difference in overall output and work performed.
Careful with those selfies @manatree as the internet never forgets! Not long after they opened in State College, I was asked to bring cookies to a department function. I walked in, took one look at the price, and walked across the street to Wegman’s. I still haven’t tried one and I’m a fat bastard who likes cookies.
Cassar 2 months into the weight change, before he converted it back into good weight.
It WAS great. The previous episode was with PJ, I just started it. I didn’t know PJ was a multi-time national judo champ. These interviews are great. Love the insight they provide into the personalities of our wrestlers.![]()
That was a fun watch. All these guys are blessed to have that camaraderie with their teammates. I have watched all of the previous videos and all the wrestlers seem like they are really enjoying their college experience. I have also been impressed with the maturity shown by everyone while also enjoying seeing these young men joking around and enjoying life. Hopefully all of them look back fondly as adults on their college years. I have a feeling that wrestling aside, all of them will be able to look back and see how lucky they were to have sat under the leadership and wisdom of the coaching staff. These interviews are great. Love the insight they provide into the personalities of our wrestlers.![]()
Awesome! Thanks for this. It would be interesting to see how many of the posters here actually wrestled at the NCAA D1 tournament. That would be a negative for me. The best I did was wrestle at one NJCAA national tournament, going 1-1. It's been all downhill since then : )![]()

#NCAA_wrestling #folkstyle In the history of the NCAA D1 wrestling tournament 13,158 wrestlers have wrestled 39,375 matches for 322 different schools across 94 NCAA tournaments. You can see/search the results of every one of those matches here...bsky.app
This did not embed the way I hoped (ala Twitter).
I thought there would be some neck injuries when Henckel announced his shoe count…….These interviews are great. Love the insight they provide into the personalities of our wrestlers.![]()
The big takeaway from me are the “room” guys that really seem to be the glue for all of this. Kyson with a lot of love from the guys. And lots of hard ribbing as well for Asher. That was a fun watch. They are great and I’m sure Marcus and CP will tighten up their interview skills as time goes on….lolThese interviews are great. Love the insight they provide into the personalities of our wrestlers.![]()

This will be interesting. Lovato is one of the top BJJ practitioners on the planet, he also was headed towards being one of the best in MMA before injuries derailed his career. I don't think he had any previous background in wrestling, yet recently was bronze medalist at U.S. freestyle Masters. BJJ and folkstyle wrestling are two different animals (IMO the level of conditioning necessary to wrestle is just different than BJJ) but if there is a dude who is a novice and close to my age who can do this at a high level, it's Lovato.Uncle Rico is back!!
He'll have the #1 ranked heavyweight in NAIA right away today and then either the #3 or #4 the next round - gonna find out where he's at real quick lolThis will be interesting. I think his dad has an advanced degree in multiple disciplines. It’s a cerebral family. Calmness probably comes naturally. If I had to bet, I’d say that Greg can probably achieve the correct mindset to be about as nasty as needed.Congrats on getting lackadaisically correct on your first try. After 6 unsuccessful tries. I just copied and pasted yours. That said.....Kirk seems way too calm, way too collected and way too nice to be as successful as he could be. Then again....If he takes the attitude: You are taking food from my loved ones' mouth.....he could develop the necessary mean streak to destroy all comers. I will cheer for him and his family!! Afterwards you can pray for his opponents' quick recovery![]()
Wow -- that's real.
Lancaster, NE
app.lincoln.ne.gov
Lancaster County NE is Lincoln. Collin County TX is where Angelo attended HS, so AJ got into some kind of trouble at home. Presumably they're not extraditing him for bad lifting form.
"Fugitive From Justice" is kinda funny though. Probably the correct term, but he's not on the run.

Smear campaign, obviously. How does a division one athlete, where his schedule is widely known, not be arrested for two months with an outstanding warrant? It’s not like he’s been hiding in the mountains.
Weigh-ins with shackles usually don't go well either.AJ can make a good case for needing more NIL money, bonds aren't cheap.
