Did we know that Angelo had Don Corleone ink? Too funny.
That's Anthony aka Fredo. (Angelo is the Iowa 184.)
But yeah, the Godfather ink on Fredo is hilarious.

I think Luke is a great freestyle wrestler he may stay 125 his hole career just for freestyle weather he starts on the college team or not.Willie only made the comment in passing (1:34:51) without elaborating, but he believes Luke will stay at 125 his whole career. If that turns out to be the case that would be great for the program. Without starting a poll (sorry @mcpat) I was wondering what posters here think. Will Luke stay at 125 his entire career or not?

Has anyone tasted one of these yet?
I ordered some last night. I'll let you know how they taste when they arrive. The ingredients look solid with ancient grains & good fats. This seems more like a meal replacement bar than a cookie. I was scrambling for a meal between matches over the weekend. This would have been a great option. I'm excited to try it!Has anyone tasted one of these yet?
If these are what’s needed to keep the slippery one at his keyboard on match day, where is the GoFundPetesCookies site?I was scrambling for a meal between matches over the weekend.

What's the nutritional breakout after a patty of butter and some whipped cream?Cael's Cookie:

I cant seem to get past the price. What's the nutritional breakout after a patty of butter and some whipped cream?
52g CarbsI think Flo discussed this when they ordered some the other week.. More of a protein style bar than actual cookie...
They were justifying the price. $4.00/cookie is a lot but not a lot when discussing a protein shake/cookie..

At Bigs last year I was speaking with his father. I said the same thing and his Dad agreed he was too nice.Kerk is going to have to find a mean streak in himself. Wrestled a little too lackadaisically for my taste. Holy crap, spelled lackadaisically correctly the first time off the top of my head!

I guess you have never been to Insomnia Cookies or Crumbl Cookies.I cant seem to get past the price.
Congrats on getting lackadaisically correct on your first try. After 6 unsuccessful tries. I just copied and pasted yours. That said.....Kirk seems way too calm, way too collected and way too nice to be as successful as he could be. Then again....If he takes the attitude: You are taking food from my loved ones' mouth.....he could develop the necessary mean streak to destroy all comers. I will cheer for him and his family!! Afterwards you can pray for his opponents' quick recoveryKerk is going to have to find a mean streak in himself. Wrestled a little too lackadaisically for my taste. We're in the land of Crumbl, our next-door neighbor owns a few (I think 3) franchises. He hands them out for Halloween and gives every family on the block a box for Christmas. Wild that people will pay $60+ for a box of cookies; even worse that they'll eat an 800kcal brick of diabetes.I guess you have never been to Insomnia Cookies or Crumbl Cookies.

I've never tried one either, I get diabetes just looking at that pink box - but, I'm a judgmental prick who conducts metabolic health research for a living. My wife and kids will split one and we'll take the rest to the family Christmas party. Not long after they opened in State College, I was asked to bring cookies to a department function. I walked in, took one look at the price, and walked across the street to Wegman’s. I still haven’t tried one and I’m a fat bastard who likes cookies.
Yeah this seems to be geared more toward athletes who need to fuel up vs a protein heavy bar like Quest. Probably has good quality ingredients that are perfectly fine if you're very active. For most people who sit behind a desk for most of the day, this probably isn't the greatest thing to eat a ton of.52g Carbs

What’s your estimated kcal/hr burn on the bike? I think 900/hr is about right for a runner at my size and pace (I’m old, small and slow).This.
If you're going through a hard, fitness-building practice (not cutting weight), you need to fuel for that.
I've been consuming 100g/hr of carbs when riding my bike for a year now. That level of fuel to the body for hard, sustained efforts makes a dramatic difference in overall output and work performed.
