  • 9:13 That time he held his bleeding nose while trying to get the pin
  • 12:29 best doublel-leg counter ever.

Watching this was a blast! Shows what kind of condition a ref needs to be in to officiate someone like Jason! He takes out a lot of good names in this highlight reel. Relentless, creative, strong, set of lungs, man, Nolf was the full package. One of my all time favorites. This may have been the best 20 minutes of the Holidays! Thanks for sharing!

Gable Steveson on Joe Rogan today

Pretty much 100% MMA conversation though, bummer.

Came across this on my suggested videos for YouTube yesterday. Towards the beginning of the video he runs into Masa Ono and has no idea until someone clues him in. Later becomes the latest victim of the Versa Climber:

I didn't want to like that guy, but he is a cool kid. Notice he tried everything except for skating and wrestling.

I really didn’t expect to either. He seemed genuinely invested in giving each sport a shot and some recognition. The fact that he has 6+ million YouTube subscribers is a lot of positive publicity for the athletics department too.

Been having the itch to see what the fuss is all about so this morning I went to some new-wave gym and did a 30 minute session with the typical fit AF 20-something instructor, dark room with mirrored walls, heavy bass rap music, techno lights changing color to the beat of the music, etc. No joke, three minutes in and I was sweating like a Brands Bro when mom Bassett’s number popped up on caller ID. Outclimbed my old lady 2938ft-2917ft so I can flex on her all day.

Final verdict: MFs are not exaggerating. It’s the real deal.

Good news. Looks like you can buy your old lady one to train up on for as little as $35. Or, if you really want to win back her affection, you can go all in and buy it for $5,195.

We have a good core now at HWC. Very likely that all of Ayala, Caliendo, and Kennedy stick around. The club is underrated. We have several current competitors, but there are guys in the club who come around and help coach. Some full time and some part time. Sorenson is a great coach and training partner. Marinelli too. I was watching Brooks recently coach Estrada on leg attacks while drilling with the Japanese wrestler (sorry forgot his name, who himself is great at leg attacks). So make a list yourself of HWC athletes who work with the college guys and it's impressive. Consider too that Steve Mocco will likely be around a fair amount once his son joins next fall.

A major Iowa donor accusing another program of using PEDs, on a public forum.

Not a good look.
That's a ski bunny joke, you wouldn't understand.

You'd think at some point Iowa Athletics would tell him to shut up, as his donor status makes him a representative of the University of Iowa. That he continues for years, with no end in sight, says a lot about them.

He is jock sniffer and a wrestling want to be. Crying when they get beat and if they win it's always the right way. He doesn't even realize what a clown show he has become.

He has shown that you cannot buy wins. He was probably the last kid picked at gym time.
