Her body type has never been able to make it in the WNBA. That plus the fact that she is "only" 6'3" is going to be a problem. She also has no chance on defense to guard the WNBA posts.
With expansion teams being added, she will most likely make a team, but will not last more than a year or two. (assuming that her knees last that long).
She will continue to dominate college and could make some money overseas, but history tells us that she will not last in the W
It's still something to just make the WNBA given how few spots are available because of the old guard clinging to their contracts. Several great Iowa players have struggled to "make it" in the WNBA and it wasn't entirely because they weren't good enough...............
But you look at someone like Megan Gustafson and her journey just to be a bench player in the WNBA.
That's probably the best Crooks can ask for in a role in the pros. Or better yet, look at what the Sky ask of 6'7" Kamilla Cardoso. She's not this dominant scoring threat despite being one of the tallest players in the league. She's in for rebounding and defense.
Crooks can rebound under the hoop, but it will be hard to hide her on defense in the WNBA. With that said, you compare her ability to finish inside the lane vs a once upon a time media darling Angel Reese, and you can talk yourself into Audi at least landing somewhere in the WNBA.
How long she lasts will merely depend on her circumstances.
