Don't particularly care for either team, but can't stomach Cignetti coming into the conference and winning it all in year two, for a basketball school no less,... Will be rooting for the Buckeyes.
Wow. You'd rather see a blue blood win over a guy who came in to a school with NO football history whatsoever and turned them into national title contenders over night? That's an interesting perspective, and one I completely disagree with.

I can't think of a scenario where I'd root for Ohio State in anything. I want Indiana to win and claim its first BIG title since . . . 1967.

Since Cignetti showed up in Bloomington, the Hoosiers are 23-1 in the regular season, 12-0 this season, and have made the CFP both years. Compare those two seasons to Captain Kirk's 27. The last time KF won a BIG title was in 2004, and that was a shared championship. Iowa has never been to the CFP. Some might say Cignetti has accomplished more in two seasons than KF has in 27, and Cignetti still has a shot at a national title this season.

Cignetti has a chip on his shoulder. He didn't come to IU with excuses in hand. He didn't remind everyone that Indiana football had never won anything, had no history of success, and couldn't possibly be expected to compete with the likes of Ohio State, Michigan, Penn State, USC, Oregon. He never said it's tough to recruit to Indiana. He just brought his mighty James Madison players with him and is now one of two undefeated teams in FBS and has a No. 2 national ranking.

But you go right ahead and root for THE Ohio State University. I'll take the Hoosiers.

Somehow you turned a thread on who would win OSU or IU into an anti-kf rant.
Obsessed much?
You dislike kf...we get it
