I think the only mistake Kirk made last night was not getting MG out of the game in the third period.
despite my nervousness, that game was over as soon as Iowa scored in the 3rd Q.

Agreed...my point was only that when you said there was zero reason to pass...I thought the backups needed to in the event MG missed time. Here's hoping MG can stay healthy. I hope he is more mobile next week because PSU will be doing everything they can to get him out of the game.

I know. All I can think of is Kirk and Lester wanted to give Grono more live game snaps before the next game.
