Did Murray take her scheduled official visit last weekend to Oklahoma? Any reports how it went? Sorry if I missed any update about Murray.

In reality, it wouldn't be that difficult for the daughters to make it very clear to Brian that his words and actions are very embarrassing and to "knock it off".

I've seen it, personally, after one of my daughter's high school teammate's dad was kicked out of the gym years ago.
The dad cleaned up his act.
You clearly don't know dad or his history.
I've never heard a bad word about wife or kids but he is damaged.

He wasn't wrong. If it was so insignificant then no purpose for you to type it.......it's just a petty, jackwagon post about kids who from all accounts fell very far away from the Dad's tree and are great kids.
Ok Brian.

Your post has nothing to do with what I said.
I know he's a prick, but his daughters could certainly have asked him to "cool it" at some point.
And you know that they didn’t? He’s been thrown out of gyms, arenas, had to be babysat at HS games…. You think he listens?

I think they are both scheduled to visit Iowa at the same time
Yes, in two weeks, unless one of them commits during the visit that both are making to ND this weekend. This profile's prediction is a commit to ND will be announced in the next few days, so it's likely to be Amari Byles or Jenica. Besides them, only Bjorn has ND in top finalist.

Byles plays a similar position as Woliczko so I would expect her to cancel her visit. But you never know.

I believe ND will do everything to secure both commits this weekend. We're entering final stretch of the recruiting, and they only have Byles, Lewis, and Bjorn in targets and just eight players on the roster for 2026/27. If Lewis holds out and keeps her ov to Iowa, it will be a great sign.

Isn't Murray still available?

Stop crying. You’re being a weirdo.
Went with the name calling. When substance isn’t available go with that.
You cracked on good kids who didn’t deserve it Own it and move on. Attacking the messenger doesn’t take you being a jackwagon on this away.
Back to recruiting.

Not a big loss.
Any player we offer we dont get is a big loss. Vienna is an excellent big guard with a terrific fade away jump shot. She's also Megan Gustafson's cousin. If we dont get Bjorn we are going to regret losing Murray. For the record if you actually watch her game footage, I think she is more skilled than Lewis despite the difference in ranking.

Don't know about the more skilled than Lewid comment but I liked her midrange jumper and her length at 6' 1". Hopeful we get Lewis who is an excellent shooter from the arc and very good penetrator. Fingers crossed on Jenica.

Anyone have a crystal ball regarding where the Hawkeyes go if we miss out on Lewis and Bjorn? Do I have it correct that if we keep everyone that we would have three spots to fill? Does that mean portal work or are there some other possibilities I’m not aware of?

There are still 4 open spots. Amari Byles is still visiting, and Trinity Jones was rumored to be visiting. Not sure the level of interest from those two however.

After Bjorn and Lewis, I’m not aware of anyone on the radar. Misses on them will most likely mean an active spring in the portal again.

I do not understand why they didn’t offer Averie Lower.

This means Iowa will have four spots to fill in the Portal and in the 2027 class. We'll be fine.

According to ESPN, Trinity Jones' top6 finalists are: Oklahoma, TCU, Clemson, LSU, Tennessee, North Carolina. Iowa is out.

I doubt they fill them all. 13 or 14 is fine.
Iowa filled 14 for 2025/26. I don't think it's smart to fill for fill, but if Kate Harpring, Jenica Lewis, Addison Bjorn, McKenna Woliczko, and Olivia Vukosa wanted to accept Iowa's offers, so I don't think Jan would mind filling all 15 spots for 2026/27.

It’s fine to fill 14 when you have back end players that know they won’t get real minutes..

but if you’re recruiting in the top 30-50 for the years to come using 14-15 probably is a poor use of resources.

UConn definitely loaded with previously injured and underperforming highly rated recruits.

Geno went and got Williams and Heckel for a reason.
