Last year BR won on a FG and that kicker is back. Hasn’t had to kick much this season since offense has been clicking.

Dont think the question was answered of whether it will also be streamed to YouTube for those of us who have YouTube TV which doesn't have Marquee
You can download the Narquee app for about $20 a month. According to Edgy's post at the top of the ssite, they will be doing othr prep games, as well.
Now that the Cubs regular season is over why would you pay $20 for Marquee to show one game a week?
RICE first play alot of yards to MC 5 or so, couldn't cash it in. MC goal line stand. Now a 97yd drive for MC upcoming

Rice offense has been a long run and a trick play. Nothing else clicking (MC DLine is elite). Offense Could be an issue deep in 7A if no growth, but they wont see this type of Defense in 7A. Rice Defense is good.

Mount Carmel's defense was nearly impenetrable. And the offense, though plagued by penalties, had several great scoring drives. As talented as Rice is, MC is clearly the much better team.
The Rice I saw tonight makes me think Class 7A has no clear favorite this season.

Hoping #5 on Defense McGee is ok - I think he left game after 1st Q and it had a dramatic effect on Rice penetration. MC was the bertter team and clearly won the coaching battle too. Correct me if I am wrong. Rice gets ball back on MC 29 after punt with 2:42 (granted I hought they should have used a TO before that to force MC to punt with about 3:20 left. But regardless - you got 2 TOs and ball on 29 and yuo do a run, then another run and you don't use your TOP - then you throw an incmplete pass and turnoveron downs after a short pass (so ehh on the play calling). But better yet - did Rice really lose game with 2 TOs on the clock? Figured if you sccore even with 1 minute left you at least can try an onsides. Instead just a head scratcher in last 2:42
Also MC the far more disciplined team - I think Rice had 12 penalites (3 pass inteference calls) for 110 yards vs MC who had maybe 3 penalites.

The amount of drugs being done by teenagers behind the BRice stands was pathetic and befuddling
I’d give MC a B, missed a big chance to make it 3 scores before half. Kept BR hungry at half.
More unforced errors than usual: consistent penalties, fumbled snap TO, several clear miscues on routes and in the backfield, arm tackling on Gray and others in key situations leading to first downs.
MC needs a punter, having your QB kick it 15-20 yards is useless. Mine as well go for it.
Failed 4th downs put them in a hole as expected.
Defense looked tired at the end (both teams did). Rice was smart not to give up on running it in second half.
Better team won, but I’m not sure they would have beaten LWE tonight, that QB for LWE is better than Gray and has a stronger supporting cast.
At least most of that stuff is fixable. Plenty of talent clearly. Real nice game by #8 the X Factor, he looked good off the run and swing passes. Rice was clearly focused on stopping Burrell and did a decent job.
Playing at Loyola is always tough, can’t take that game for granted. Their young guys will improve and be playoff ready.

Both teams failed to capitalize on many scoring opportunities. MC Punted twice which they haven't done all year.
I hope the ,caravan can slip by JCA, because they will not beat Fenwick. Did you see how the destroyed Laurence (Hmmm lenti is there). Loyola salvages their season by beating MAC in the finale. MC finishes 6-3. Is that enough to make the playoffs?
I think we now know who was “hanging out” behind the BR stands…
