He is a dumb ***. Showed up a month ago. Nobody said anything about our team that Crest fans have not said about their own team. We have work to do. There was not one Hendersonville fan on here last week and that is fine but we knew nothing about them. I finally went to the school for the first time last night and DBD is a pretty big deal everywhere. You would not believe the ovation I got walking in and that was on the home side playa! And to the Hendersonville fan that did come on here thank you! We ***** and whine but we know if this group stays it will be special before it’s all over. The staff is good and I am sure they have a hell of a job every week. Your Bearcats are hard nosed kids. QB was tough and the McMurry kid was a load. Came away impressed with them. Great atmosphere as well!
Huge win for the Bulldogs last night! All that complaining about the defense, well we may have given up a lot but we also had a couple takeaways. I’m not sure if our kicker Benfield has drawn any college kicking interest but he should...if that’s what he wants to do. He’s on the soccer team as well. He’s a really great guy. I hate I couldn’t make the trip. Had a prior engagement. But it was a barn burner for sure.

I dont know if you Burns folks know this or not but you beat a DAMN good Hendersonville squad. You keep saying your defense needs work. Well you got it against a very good offensive team. I saw their potential LAST year. The thing about Hendersonville is their first team is as good as anybodys but they dont have the reserves to come in that some of the other teams have and this hurts them. Your defense isnt as bad as the score makes it seem. Their OFFENSE is very good and they can score from anywhere. Their defense also gave up 56 points but playing mainly 11 players, no matter how good they get tired especially at the end of the half and late in the game. Celebrate a good win Burns. Hendo dont hang your head you got beat by a very good team as well! JMO.
Appreciate it Mule. I agree with you. Hendersonville has a very explosive offense. It'll be the best unit we'll see all year I think.
I dont know if he is still on the team but that running back they had last year was terrifying. Add the qb and some fine receivers in the mix and they were a force to be reckoned with. I remember talking to one of their coaches that agreed they had some supreme talent, but he also cautioned that they were one injury away from being an average team.
