Tuscola got any passing game?
I dunno bear, we'll see. Who knows about Swain and Smoky apparently isn't going to be a cakewalk. You guys got your hands full tonight.Well with a little luck maybe Pisgah and Tuscola will be undefeated going into the Rivalry.
Only 13? Out of 22 players? Over half?
You do understand that Owen is 2A and many of those guys have to play both sides of the ball? They have a new coach and a new offense.
We should be fine in conference.
Polk and Hendersonville. I don't think either are as good as they have been in the past and both are in the 2nd year of new coaches vs Owens 1st year man. It could be a long rebuilding year for the Warhorses.Injuries are part of the game. Besides Avery and Madison, name the other 2 or 3 teams that you could beat.
You may have just mentioned the most interesting game of the week (not necessarily the best, but certainly interesting) in McDowell vs Mitchell. McDowell seems much improved and Mitchell has steamrolled a less than stellar early season schedule. I guess we find out more about each of them this week.Of those three games Owen is most likely to beat Polk. Hendersonville did pretty good against North Henderson while McDowell beat Tuscola by a couple of scores. Owen might need Mitchell to wear down McDowell so the Warhorses can win that game. Tough season for you guys.
Well, that was less interesting than I thought. Mitchell 62- McDowell 13.You may have just mentioned the most interesting game of the week (not necessarily the best, but certainly interesting) in McDowell vs Mitchell. Yeah, that MH game might be worth the drive. Judging from the results of the rest of the conference, that's going to be the WHC title game.Mitchell playing well. The Mountain Heritage game, which is a rivalry anyway, may be one to go see.
