You are right, but I do think there is at least a little middle ground there. I think it is okay to be a little concerned with the indecisiveness. Duke is not an easy place to play, and it does not really work unless the player is 100% bought in (but if they are, great heights can be reached). I'm not saying Bolden isn't "all-in," I'm just saying some concern isn't necessarily unwarranted. I would certainly like to have him ultimately.
I completely agree, and I also agree when you talk about not wanting someone on your team that is that indecisive. I have posted at length about not wanting to ruin chemistry, having players bought in etc.
My issue was comparing it to hiring for a big position at a Fortune 500 company and dragging it out. I think that is a poor comparison b/c we're talking about 1 year of a 17-18yo kid.
