Well I just spent some time researching this and I am both embarrassed and shocked I was so wrong. Holy crap. Either my memory is shot or I just have wishful thinking. Wow. I have to recalibrate my opinion of Wenzel.

At least bannon got us on the bubble . It was the greatest heights we had until 2020

crazy to think that not only did we never make a tournament from 1991 to 2020, but we were only truly on the bubble 1 time in 1999. That’s insane!

we had our moments in ‘02 and ‘04 but by selection Sunday we knew we weren’t getting in.
