Should he start though? I definitely think he should Cliff is going to be great but not just yet
Respectfully disagree. Cliff out jumps people but Myles is the more physical rebounder. He gets away with not boxing out because of his wingspan.
As impressive as his game was tonight , I was most impressed by his fluent Japanese and academic accomplishments. He's a remarkable young man and a great ambassador for Rutgers and the Johnson family. He's got a terrific future ahead of him whether in or out of basketball.4-4 fg, 2-2 ft, 10 points, 16 boards, 2 blocks in 25 minutes

One of his most impactful games ever as a Knight
Announcer made a nice quip on one of his final blocks to the effect he knocked that one away with his golden spatula. He can cook
looks like Myles wants a few more blocks . Can’t argue with him
There
This has been an ongoing thing. They always undercount blocks. Its like they only count posterizing blocks or something. He had 4 blocks alone in the highlight video clear as day, he's 100% right. Stats were off. Omoruyi had at least 1 and it says 0 for him.
....and a great catch by RonEven the pass to cutting Harper early on is a look most big men don't give
He dropped it lol but nice play and he got the bucket....and a great catch by Ron
Myles has been awesome coming off the bench. He has been much more productive and generally not in foul trouble. Makes him more valuable.Should he start though? I definitely think he should Cliff is going to be great but not just yet
Best player on the court
With hisRU grad school acceptance hope he plays again next year at RU

Last year starting he would get a foul on the first possession of the game most times. 2 early ones in the first 5 mins and we were up the creek. I like Cliff starting until the refs calm down their whistles and then insert Myles. Why is he not starting?
Why is he not starting?
He would be Tim Duncan...except with like an inch longer wingspan...If had, or can develop, a little inside/post game, he would be an absolute monster/superstar.
Was last year....and it wasn’t closeI think before the season there was a thread about whether Geo or RHJ was the most important player and you said it was Myles. I'm still #teamRon...... but it's a paper thin margin at this point.
Tonight he was posted a few possessions and Young didn’t throw it in. There was a penetration where Geo had a few guys on him and had Myles open and he forced it.Solid d, sure. Will never be more than a 5th option on offense. Nothing wrong with that. Someone’s got to be.
That's a tall order, comparing him to one of the best power forwards of all time.He would be Tim Duncan...except with like an inch longer wingspan...
Someone said if Myles develops his post up game he’d be a star. Myles has similar physical measurables to Duncan (including good wingspan) and doesn’t rely on leaping ability (like Duncan) and is already a tremendous defensive player and rebounder (like Duncan). If he ever becomes a 75% free throw shooter, watch out! That's a tall order, comparing him to one of the best power forwards of all time.
He could be a DOMINANT college big man. He just needs to bring the effort every night and avoid the dumb fouls. I thought one called on him in the 2nd half tonight was a bad call, but he gave away another one on the perimeter. Kudos to Myles for cutting down on those. He is so solid on D, passes great for someone his size, and has great hands too.
I was as impressed by his 2-2 from the line, considering the horrendous FT shooting from everyone else..also by his 4-4 from inside, when there were so many missed layups..his 2 GTS blocks were awesome..
