My neighbor works for the Atlanta Braves at their spring training facility in FL. The Braves will do the shortened spring training in Atlanta. Meanwhile their taxi squad of mlb players along with their top minor league prospects will train in FL until needed in Atlanta.

Feels strange to have no minor leagues this year. For all but the expanded roster players and top minor league prospects there is no baseball for them this season. Expect a contraction of minor leagues for next season.

If I read it correctly, Season ticket holders aren't charged , only the NON SEASON Ticket holders.

If the company is losing 40% of its revenue, that would be a very reasonable request. The other option is laying off a bunch of people.

You mean the ticket takers, concessions people, ushers, stadium security, and all the rest who already lost their jobs? They can't lay off the players, they're the product, and they're under contract.
