[Ole Cabbagehead]

"But really, the one trick to closing on a recruit is...."

[RUBubba]

"Hey guys... guess what? We're all former OSU coaches!"

[OldManRiver1]

Ash: "Hey Greg, any pointers on recruiting this state of yours?...I think sitting in my office and shaking that magic 8-ball isn't working on signing these kids...Maybe I should ask for a 7-year contract"

:Money: :MoneyBags::Money: :MoneyBags::Money: :MoneyBags::Money: :MoneyBags:

[RutgersRaRa]

'Let's swap shirts."

[graystork]

You mean you actually visited HS coaches in NJ?

[BillyC80]

Wait til you see what hydration will do for these guys. You’re not gonna steal that idea, are ya?

[theRU]

So... I post as rutgersal

[MadRU]

How do you measure yourself against other coaches.....by height.

[ScarletCrimson]

One of us doesn't belong in this circle.

[MorrisAsh]

“So Greg, how do I recruit a kid who just got an offer from Stoney Brook?”

[MorrisAsh]

"Greg, I'm going to leave Rutgers Football in better shape than you did"

[TGonzRU_rivals]

Guys, in your honest opinion, how did I even get this job?

[roll]

[Knight Shift]

Ash: "So, we are going to 'fence' the garden--You get it? This is the Garden State, and we are going to put a fence around it. Brilliant, isn't it?"

Schiano: "Nope, better try again."

Ash: "How about this--'The Hunt!'"

Meyer: "For the end zone, Chris? Cause you ain't gonna sniff it with that OC you picked."

Schiano: "Oh, snap!"

[Dpgru]

Ash - you two were head coaches. I just got the
Rutgers job. In my opening presser i’m Gonna trash the players, get rid of most, if not all their traditions, and tell them i’m Not concerned with winning, just getting better. Especially hydration. What do you think.

[e5fdny]

“Bro, you were so right. Nobody and I mean NOBODY likes the hairy forearm thing. No wonder you guys are always in long sleeves. Thanks for the pro tip!”

[satnom]

“So Greg, how do I recruit a kid who just got an offer from Stoney Brook?”

"Chris, I really couldn't tell you."

GO RU

[Colbert17!]

"Have either of you guys ever been to Sweden?"

[TGonzRU_rivals]

Ash: Did I tell you guys how much I love to punt on 4th and 1 inside enemy territory?

Greg: Yeah, “the hunt” turned into...

Urb: “the punt”

[Colbert17!]

"So you mean you can play 11 guys on defense? Not 10? 10! Like my fingers here. And you're saying playing with 11 is OK?
That's not what Andy told me!"

[NewJerseyGuy]

“And then all of a sudden, somebody decides 2 wins is not gonna be enough!”

[ScarletDave]

“Alright, I’ll go first, after I move on Greg then you take over, and after Bill retires and you take over the reigns at New England, it’ll be you’re go Urban”

[Colbert17!]

'You guys wanna know how smart I am? I'll beat you both at Rock, Paper, Scissors at the same time!
Ready? Rock, Paper, Scissors...shoot!"

[greenknight]

Greg I made Urban!!!

[angmo]

And SHI said "Who wants Moorehead?".

[RU#1fan]

Ash : “ I landed some real gem 2 star recruits “
Schiano: “ WOW.... good luck with that”

[c10j10s]

Greg: “What the **** are you doing to my program. Clean it the f up.”

[macdad90]

You know I can take my old job back any time I want, right?

[ScarletStateofNJ]

At the moment that pic was taken, GS must have been thinking “you’re a Fvcking Clown”

Look at GS’s face.

[jerzey devil]

"Greg, I'm going to leave Rutgers Football in better shape than you did"

you're supposed to caption the pic, not tell lies!!! [roll][roll]

[newwavedave1]

2 out of 3 ain't bad.

[willisneverrana43]

Whenever I have to speak in public, my hands just start shaking like this. They really do. It’s embarrassing. Everyone sees it. No one likes me here. They don’t even notice me. They don’t listen. I’m afraid to go to the high schools because half the time the coaches have someone tell me they’re not around. But I think they really are around because I’ll see them a few minutes later running practice. Everyone seems to be snickering. I try to teach them my punt-from-their-40 drill but they just look over my head and act as if they don’t see me. But I’m there darn it. Do you spell Rutgers with an apostrophe? Was George Rutgers president when the school started playing football in 1969? And so they changed the school name to “Rutger’s” and that street I’ve heard about to George Street? Why aren’t you saying anything? I feel so alone. You’re listening, aren’t you? Urban, you said he’d listen. I need him to listen. I need directions to Piscataway High School Tech. I know he knows how to get there. I wanna go home. Ok Bye.

[Dpgru]

Guys, is defense when we have the ball or when they have the ball? Just want to be sure we’re aligned.
