Mr. Lumpkin has two different stat pages on basketball-reference site. He did, as I thought, play all four seasons 89 through 93.

Anyone else really annoyed at how this announcer keeps mispronouncing Omoruyi?

what can you say, SSDD. Coppin st with 22 at half. hard to be mad at that. We should easily have 40 points so far and if we did we'd all be happy. We simply don't have guys who have the ability to shoot the damn ball.

So frustrating watching Corey shoot the ball across his body anymore . Plus he’s so sloppy with the ball. If we play like this we won’t win a game in league. Just a horrible offensive showing

Agree, his shot looks awful.

And a CYO coach would be furious at the FT percentage.

How can we have a BIG basketball team and not have one, just one, consistently good shooter? I know Pike likes the defensive rebounding type but doesn't the ability to shoot "consistently" enter the equation?

This is just a bad matchup for Rutgers....specifically Copping State’s offensive sets... RU will pull away in second half because of foul trouble for their opponent.

I don't care what offense they're running, Coppin State should not be a bad matchup for any Big Ten team.

This years class is really Pike's first. Blame the last 4 previous regimes for poor recruiting

Who the hell taught him how to shoot? On the playground, the appropriate term for his form is "broke". His shooting hand is literally on the side of the basketball and on his palm. NBA scouts are probably cracking up behind the scenes. Omoruyi also shoots with his palm.
