I know. But he was 0-4. If he's going to be a huge part of our game in crunch time, he needs to take more shots and he completely disappeared. When he did get the ball on several occasions he couldn't wait to get rid of the ball and pass it back to Nigel or Corey.
Watched the replay and Baer definitely hacked him on the arm, which was a terrible no call as it gave them the lead, when Iowa was really having a hard time scoring most of the second half.
I didn't feel the officiating was terrible, though there were definitely some WTF no calls. When Bohannon intentionally "got tangled" with Williams' arm as he was trying to go over a screen, and almost took him to the ground... very surprised that didn't draw a whistle. Could have been our ball, but ended up with 2 points for Bohannon later in the play. Also felt the strip on Corey at mid-court where he fell down should have been a foul as he was hip checked to the ground. Otherwise, there was a slight "home whistle"... but I couldn't really argue with any of the calls against us, only a few of the calls that weren't made against them.
Overall, it's not anywhere near to the worst officiating we've seen... and probably not even in the bottom third. Certainly wasn't bad enough that we shouldn't have overcome it - but we failed to execute when it counted.

I did not read a single entry in this thread. These retrospectives/postmortems are pathetic. It is all about winning at the Div-1 level. These type of threads have been banging the same drum for the last two decades. The program's progress is glacial.
