Again, i have admitted that yes there are restrictions and limitations. You are absolutely correct as far as learning and knowledge in curriculum is concerned. But that is for the early to younger students. Would it shock you to learn that most chinese students are encouraged to go to college abroad? Because that is absolutely true.
