It's totally reasonable that 3 states stop counting all around the same time, massive vote counts for Biden come in overnight in statistical improbabilities, and noone was allowed to watch them count them. Totally reasonable.

It's also reasonable that some precincts had 300% turnout (that's called overvote), sometimes more than the population of said precinct. Totally reasonable.

I believe it is possible. I want to see the court cases proceed.
To go to court you will need evidence and since you have none, things will keep going like they have been. I pray that Repubs reap the negative bounty they deserve as payback for what they are attempting to do to our nation's election process.

If we get any where close to what you guys are speaking about, then our democracy will be dead and we will be under authoritarian rule with one party.......the country would rip itself to pieces under that scenario with Trump......
Why? It’s literally the constitutional means for settling disputes of this nature.

Meanwhile, election officials all around the country are saying this was a clean election. Rudy is all alone on this.
Why all the angst from you folks? Just let it all play out and it will all be gone.

Yes, I agree.....for real and true disputes....not this garbage made up by an unhinged demagogue and his conspiracy theory minions.......this is a PR stunt and a tantrum wrapped into one......again, the courts are throwing these lawsuits out as fast as they are filed and now he thinks he can manipulate the legislatures and board canvassers......come on bro!

You have nothing to worry about, but you also aren’t the arbiter of what is and isn’t a true dispute. Presser today laid out some compelling information that begs looking into. Don’t you want to see if there was potential funny business in the election? I sure do. I think we owe it to our citizenry to get to the bottom of it.

All true Americans should welcome an in-depth look to make sure there wasn’t fraud.

Let’s flip this around, supposing there was fraud, don’t you want it uncovered and corrected for the sake of our democracy? I’d think Biden would as much as anyone want to make sure he wasn’t elected as a fraud.

This isn’t tearing our democracy apart. This is exercising it. This is civics on full display.

Are you talking about Covid-19, Trump’s record debt, or his foreign and trade policy debacles? All of those messes?

I think our record stock market, record GDP, energy independence for the first time in 45 years, record low unemployment, record wage increases, and record home ownership are better markers of his success. 6 in 10 Americans say they are better off today than they were he took over, even you Leftists are doing OK. You're just too filled with hate to notice how well off you all are! ;)

You and I have a different understanding of what constitutes real disputes. I have been reading the briefs and the transcripts of the court dealings and it is ridiculous......to your point, I would be much more understanding of the legal process of there were reputable legal representatives leading this campaign with actual facts.....I said it earlier, there is a reason this is Rudy and Powell and not Cipollone and Sekulo......who still aren’t reputable elite but are light years ahead of Rudy and Powell......oh, and I forgot Lin Wood too.....

They are scared of the truth because they know why democrats dominate counties like Wayne and Milwaukee, Fulton and Dade.

When Rudy G and his Elite Super Force (or whatever) walk in the courtroom, put down their briefcases, and take out their pens and their little yellow lawyer-legal pads, and the judge says, Mr Guiliani you may proceed and present your evidence, the evidence that then is admitted into the record by the judge is what matters. There "ain't" nothing like cross-examination of witnesses under oath to test the evidence. And those affidavits? Affidavits are often drafted by a lawyer, using the words they want, and laid in front of a witness to sign. Just last week, in one of the Arizona cases, the judge determined that sham affidavits had been presented.

Let's see what Rudy's got. If there's credible proof of fraud, the judge should do what needs done, clean it up, and refer folks for prosecution. So far, though, in numerous states, when it gets to the courtroom and time to present real evidence of fraud, there's been a whole lot of backtracking and dismissal of cases. Likewise, if there is not credible proof of fraud, stop the complaining, accept the election reault, and carry on. America needs to know if this was a clean election or not. Too much talkin' and jabberin'. Let's get down in The Pit and settle this.

All of this reminds me of that USMC Major (Cooper? not sure) who said a smart man believes half of what he hears, and a wise man knows which half.

Bru is the biggest blowhard in Georgia.

We don't have many "blowhards" in this State, but when we call a census of 'em, his name can easily be located on the list.

I agree we need to see (hear) the evidence. Rank dismissals of it on the Left, and blind faith in it on the Right will not settle the question of whether all of those ballots were legitimate? Still, regardless of how they are fashioned, sworn affidavits which prove to be false are subject to perjury charges if submitted as evidence. Those sworn statements will no doubt be corroborated by hard evidence otherwise they will be easily dismissed.

Let's proceed shall we Counselors? Present your cases, call your witnesses please!

We obviously have witnesses right Captain?

There is a lot of evidence out there released. Nobody knows it because nobody will report it. Court will be the only way to get it recorded.

Then don’t worry about it. It’s definitely not hurting the Republic though. Let this stuff play out, it’ll only further validate Biden’s win.

Fully disagree. It is hurting the republic; it is emboldening our adversaries; it is weakening the credibility in so many ways throughout the world. As you say, let it play out and see how wrong you are but unfortunately, that will be too late for the country and the citizens.

Georgia's votes are not "certified" until the electors certify them. As long as those votes are under dispute and subject to litigation, they cannot be officially "certified". What was "certified" was the recount, and that too may also be subject to further challenges including demands for a fully monitored hand re-count. There are many issues outstanding with this recount, up to and including the fact not all of the votes cast were recounted!

Stop listening to the mind numbed parrots of the main news media. They are nothing but propaganda puppets. Biden has not won Georgia. I repeat...Biden has not won Georgia.

Is it over now in Georgia Chuck?

This fukking fraud of a used car salesman is wrong again and has no problem with lies!!

Election results in GA will be certified tomorrow.....Federal Judge appointed by Trump tosses last ditch effort...

This dipshit @atlkvb doesn’t understand that the state audit that was just completed and the results certified tomorrow was “a hand-recount” which found roughly three errors made by RED counties for roughly 1200 votes for Trump. Once the election is certified tomorrow, the 2nd place finisher (Trump) has 2-business days per state law to request a recount.....this recount, if requested, will be a machine recount.....

Tell some more lies......@atlkvb

Well, you’re a squishy-faced retard, so luckily your opinion doesn’t mean anything to anyone around here.

Well, considering that if Biden carried the state, then his team were the ones that selected and vetted the electors........

My point is legal challenges remain both as to how these votes were tabulated, as well as audited. State certification means zero if those legal challenges are heard and upheld.
