If you were on trial mounting a defense you could call her. Of course your fat and ugly like me so you would end up mounting your bedpost again.
Are you talking about an impeachment trial or a regular civil/criminal trial?

I dont know, based on the thread how could anyone know?
lol. Well you keep answering as if you did know. I have no idea about an impeachment trial, but a defense cannot call any person they want in a general civil/criminal trial.

Yes they can. It would be sad if I had to qualify it by saying the defense can call anyone they want who is relevant to their case, because I assumed everyone here is older than 9.

lmao. Now I see you went back and edited your post. Good god. It was so beautiful.
I had to edit my post because I was wrong to assume you and others were intelligent. If that is beautiful to you, I will pray for you.

No they can't moron. The Chief Justice presides over the hearing. That's like saying a jury can override a judge in a criminal trial. JFC, you're a moron.
There is actual precedent for it. It has happened already. Any smart person could even look it up.

Seriously should pin it. My favorite was when he asked if we were discussing a criminal trial or an impeachment proceeding given the title of the thread.....and then tried to mock anyone else.
