Anyone watched it yet on Netflix? If not, give it a watch. It’s hilarious. Probably one of the best ones I’ve seen in the last 10-15 years. He was true to comedy, pushing boundaries of comfortability. It was so refreshing.

It's in my list to watch soon. Heard he's solid in this one, takes it to everyone.

Love Chapelle and hated it. Turned it off after 20 minutes.

I don't have Netflix right now but I'll get it again eventually and the link below really makes me curious to watch Chappelle's show when I do. It's Rotten Tomates, which currently gives Chappelle's show 0 start (0 positive reviews out of 5 reviews).

He makes fun of gays and targets Tranny's. Demolishes Jussie Smouett, and attacks abortion. Pretty sure liberals will kill him within a week.

The French actor Juicy stuff was great. His 3 or 4 Netflix specials have all been outstanding.

It's funny, but making jokes about pedophilia is over-the-top. Didn't think that part was funny.

Then it did it’s job. Comedy at its best addresses topics of serious uncomfortableness and disarms the topics of their power through humor.

Agree 100%...Don't get me wrong. It's just my personal opinion. He was getting plenty of laughs and I feel he should be allowed to joke about ANYTHING or anyone he wants. This is a free country. No one is forced to watch him.

I think he's hilarious. I just didn't care for a certain part. I have no problem with anyone who thinks it's funny. More power to them.

It is freaking hilarious, his best yet. And making fun of someone is not the same as denying them basic freedoms, as in the freedom to be made fun of!

Didn't he already have a bit about MJ? Years ago. Like I thought I remember a bit about a cancer kid going to Neverland Ranch and Chappelle had a joke about finding out MJ's dick was the cure for cancer.

So you have no problem with anyone joking and making fun of someone. It's our basic freedom, right?

I don't recall. That kind of comedy, especially involving children, just isn't my cup of tea. However, many find it hilarious and I have no problem with that. To each their own. Watching it and listening to it is a choice all Americans have a right to.

For now...

From "For What It's Worth" -- 2004

So far from what I heard…. I mean, the kid said he’s dying of cancer… he was in Make-A-Wish Foundation. He claims he had two weeks to live and it was his dying wish… to meet Michael Jackson. Come on, man, give me a f*cking break. This kid is 10 years old. He don’t remember Thriller. What the f*ck he want to meet Michael Jackson for? Honestly. I remember Thriller and I just, like, kind of want to meet this n**ger. I wouldn’t break an appointment to meet him. I’ll put it that way. I’d have to already be free. That’s ridiculous. If I’m dying in two weeks and go: ”Mama, get me in a room with Chubby Checker”… I wouldn’t want to meet that motherf*cker… not in my last two weeks. Why not Usher or somebody like this? So then the kid claims… he goes to Michael’s house. This is where it all gets crazy. He does everything that you’d expect at Michael’s house. They climbed trees and rode roller coasters and Ferris wheels. The chef made cookies, pies, and cakes. They was petting a monkey and giraffes, singing songs. Kid ****. And in the middle of all this childlike activity… for some reason… Mike put out some wine and some pills… and sucked this kid’s dick. Folks, it hurts me to say it. And the kid had the nerve to call that abuse. Motherf*cker, that is a good host. ********. What else do you want? I’m lucky to get a glass of grape drink at my friend’s house… let alone a roller coaster ride and my dick sucked. Mike must be confused like, ”I brought you in my house, I fed you… ”I sucked your dick, and this is how you repay me, motherf*cker? ”This was your wish, not mine. ”Thought you were dying in two weeks. What happened to that? ”I’ve been in court for a year-and-a-half. You get stronger every time I see you.” Wouldn’t it…. This is f*cked, though. I shouldn’t even say this. Wouldn’t it be some ironic ****… if they found out through this case that the cure for cancer… was Michael Jackson sucking your dick, somehow? Like if Mike had powers like Green Mile… and all the kids are like, ”please, Mike, suck on this.” ”Never again. ”They didn’t appreciate it.” ”Can we at least study your saliva?” ”please, Mike.”

It's odd to see how similar that 2004 special was to this one. He basically hasn't changed his act or his topics. The world sure has changed.

Yeah. IMHO he'll go down as a legend along the lines of Carlin and Pryor

This latest comedy special is in my opinion one of the most important ones in a decade. The man may have just saved comedy from the abyss.

Comedy abyss? I think it could be argued there's never been a better time for comedy. Netflix hands out specials left and right. You Tube. Facebook. Etc. Comedy is getting paid

I think he means it's going to save Comedy from the PC cliff that it seemed to be heading too.

Meh. I think that's more in your head and kind of old man yells at cloud, back in my day territory.
I think listening to pod casts from the comedians themselves tells the story. Most will say they’re curbing their material so as to not draw the ire of the Twitter verse and (insert movement). They aren’t taking the risks with edginess like they used to out of fear. There are a couple guys out there that do, don’t get me wrong, but they aren’t very well known. This is a major headliner basically saying **** off and I’m going to push the boundaries. That’s huge for the creativity and expressive aspects of all the undercards in comedy.

You should read some of the critics reviews, it’s literally shitting on the fact that he’s not conforming to the PC dogma and nothing to do with his actual comedy.

We can differ in our opinions but I think this one was really important for the creativity and risk taking for the up and comers.

And those comedians are probably getting older, been around longer and losing audience. Human nature to fault someone else and it actually becomes part of their act. Now they get people with those pre-conceived ideas to tune in. Just as the batch before them did. And the one's before them. Comedians have life cycles, with very few exceptions.

Standups are doing more specialized shows these days. I just don't think today's "PC" warriors are any different then the last ones. JMO

He said in the special that he had mentioned that before in another routine

I think if anyone pays attention to comedy, and I do, very closely, you’ve seen it becoming more and more bland and you see it across all aspects of the genre, late night, club circuit, SNL, Movies, etc. People are not taking the risks and pushing the boundaries they once did.

Comedy in its purest form should have half the audience laughing and the other cringing/pearl clutching. Comedy is about disarming extremely powerful topics like pedophilia, molestation, rape, racism, etc. through humor.

Maybe you like more of the Gaffigan and Regan stuff, which is fine. I like the edgy stuff like Eddie Murphy and Richard Pryor. I like boundaries pushed and uncomfortableness. I think Chappelle accomplished that in this one and it’s the first one I’ve seen in about a decade that has.
