And I'm going to show you how to prove it to yourselves.

Here's how:

Let's pretend you have control over who gets my vote this Fall.(I said pretend) Let's say for the sake of this experiment I'm a neutral non conforming totally open minded issues voter. I'm simply voting for whoever has the best plan or agenda, regardless of any personality quirks OK?

So convince me using your best arguments of your better plan to win my vote. Give me issues, & policies which better address them as opposed to what I'm hearing from the Republicans.

Now either one of you will accept this open challenge and use the very issues and policies addressing them which are going to lead to your "big Blue Wave" victory this fall, or none of you will step forward with a legitimate answer because you simply don't have one...thereby proving my point why you're going to get your clocks cleaned come November. If you don't have the solid reasons why voters should cast a ballot for your side, how can you be so sure of your victory?

The Republicans have already put out their plan. Now what's yours on the Democrat Left? This is your chance to prove that your sure victory is on the way!

Any evidence?

You make up about 5% of the actual voter.

Maybe...maybe not. I see them (the Left) asking for votes or predicting a win for votes and they can't explain why they should get those votes?

You underestimate the hatred for Trump, about half of which is deserved because he’s a vile piece of **** lacking any semblance of humility. Some can divorce his behavior from his policies and others cannot.

I don't see anyone who's so upset with his boorish behavior turning in their tax cuts, their 401K gains, or maybe that new job or the salary raises & bonuses they just scored?

Leftist Media hype on all of the Trump hatred. His rallies are SRO....with plenty more folks outside who can't get in! Give me a break.[eyeroll]

I’m not saying HE doesn’t have strong support. However, look at Obama. That moron was elected twice but got his party’s *** waxed in the mid-terms. Trump could and likely will win re-election, but the down ballot is gonna take a beating. We’re going to lose the house. We’ll maintain the senate.

I don't discount that possibility and certainly if you look at it historically that appears to be the case. However let's just say for the sake of argument that voters turn against Trump by putting Democrats in control of the Congress simply because they don't like Trump's behavior?

Would the Congress be passing legislation against his behavior or against his policies? That is the crux of my question to the Left on this board which they don't seem to be able to answer.... is what policies will Congress change if voters decide to change the makeup of the Congress?

I get it that they all hate Trump but I believe their hatred for him is policy-driven and not personality based. They just use his personality as a way to try to defeat him because they really don't have any better or more effective policy alternatives.

It’s not policy based at all. GTFOH. Half the damn electorate couldn’t explain what their platform is and how it relates to their vote if they tried.

I don't disagree with you that we have very uninformed voters mostly because of the media which doesn't cover policy but focuses on personality so I get that part.

However I insist on believing that the opposition to him from the Left is because of his effectiveness through his policies. They want their power back and his policies are a direct impediment to that objective.

I guarantee you if they thought his policies were ineffective, half of their personal smears against him would be eliminated, and they would be attacking his failed policies. The fact they can't offer effective alternatives speaks to his ongoing policy successes. Trump can keep on being a jerk to the Left as long as his policies are stopped. Despite what the voters know or don't know, that's the ultimate goal of the Left... stopping Trump's policies.

Hey Keyser if you all knew running Hillary was a mistake why did you run her? You all had Bernie Sanders ready to carry the Socialist Banner into the battle. And you rubbed him out to make room for her? Now you're turning to other Socialists to carry your fight to voters in the fall? Yet none of you is ever willing to go on record as being a Socialist or adopting their platform!

When voters overturn the Congress and put you guys in charge with no ideas and no agenda, I think it's probably time for us all to stick our heads between our legs and kiss our asses goodbye! Can you say Venezuela?

See DvlDog, the problem the Left has is identifying Trump as their target but not having very good aim. It hasn't dawned on them yet that simply smearing him is not enough to get rid of him. But they are so ineffective and lacking of such substance, they simply cannot develop an effective legislative agenda to stop him! So they're relying on character assassination, personal smears or simply trying to convince voters he's a moral reprobate that the country is better off without.

What they haven't figured out is most of Trump's supporters have simply tuned them out and they are only talking to the small choir of TDS infected voters.

Raise taxes, tremendously. More government control of our personal lives. Bring back the unnecessary government regulations and pile more on. Major gun control. Abolish ICE. Open borders. Sanctuary country. "Free" higher education. Tax the hell out of the wealthy with jobs moving back overseas. Instead of prison sentences, we'll have more of a "you're in timeout" policy. "F" the police. The government knows what's best for you and your children, so we'll assume control and "take care of you" in the process.....etc

History repeats itself.........:middlefinger:
Sure it does. Explain how Warren Harding and Trump are similar through policy, current fiscal metrics, and financial environment balanced against geopolitical climate and world economic models.

If you’d have not proven yourself to be lacking in basic economic theory numerous times, your stupid fvcking analogies might carry more weight.

30CAT I probably agree with you that the kook Left fringe base wants open borders, greater gun control, and some of the other things you mentioned but my point is you don't see the candidates on the ballots running on those things or advocating for them unless they too are on the far Left kook fringe like Elizabeth Warren, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Maxine Waters, Keith Ellison and Nancy Pelosi.

Come to think of it that's a good chunk of their current leadership:confused:

Just because you may be ignorant to the past, and the "boom" times of Warren Harding and the Republican policies then, don't try to put that on me.........do you own damn research.......[thumbsup]......besides, you are the one constantly comparing the foreign policies of Obama to Trump's and making the comparison that we are "better off today", when there is no factual basis for that......except for your opinion.

In the end this ruling on immigration is the best thing that could have happened to Hillary, Gonna bring out the Hispanic vote in full force even more than the "self deportation" BS Mitt tried to peddle. Their outreach failed, demographics don't lie, the Trump bump is just a big fish in a little bubble.

OK...here are just two.

What is the Democrat alternative to improve on the current GDP, all time high business & consumer confidence and unemployment now well under 4%?

What is the Democrat plan to secure our border and reduce or eliminate the invasion of illegal immigrants flowing across that currently unsecure border?

(I have more but you can start with those 2)

Hahahahaha they were talking about ISIS, Iranian exportation of terror, Israeli relations with the US, a stable, robust, and diverse economy across every sector of business, and rising wages for minorities specifically but everyone in general? Care to link some articles or can we just assume once again you’re a fvcking maroon?

Also, just to be clear, you’re predicting another Great Depression to occur within this first term or shortly thereafter into his second? And when it occurs, it will be because of....(fill in the specific Trump policy or policies).

I’ll wait for this gem.

I do hear their Socialist counterparts arguing for a "living wage" or a "guaranteed minimum income". But with a few exceptions they don't specify what that amount is or more importantly how it is to be paid for or on what basis it is set?
