Appreciate the concern. I’ll stand by for your assault on other generalizers and peddlers of semantic liberties in your agreement sphere. Something tells me I won’t be seeing that though.
You keep using the word semantics in this context. I don’t think that word means what you think it means. There were actual words written that constructed a statement. That statement was false. I’m not playing semantics by pointing that out. What’s that little jingle THE always trots out? Oh yea...facts don’t care about your feelings.
Noticed that CpEER only hads 43,194 posts. He obviously has a life outside of this forum to post only those tiny numbers! Really...can we say basement dweller with nothing else in his/her life? lol
I’ve been on this message board since May 2001...the day they started tracking post counts. (I was on Vernon’s old board years before that. 1996, probably.)
43000 posts. That’s roughly 7 posts a day. Some days there are less. Some days there a lot more. I know a few of the guys on here that I go back and forth with. Some of them I have met personally years ago...others only in a cyberish way (and still others that I would like to meet because I mostly enjoy my pissing contests with them).
I know a little bit about them and they know a know a little bit about me. I would consider them all friends because I know that we are WVU fans and that matters a lot to me. That probably is weird to admit but I do know I feel that way.
But yea...7 posts a day isn’t all that much when you put it that way. Especially when half of my posts are me just trying to agitate THE.
Don't even look at my post count. I was second to EF for a longtime. I doubt I've passed him, but we'll never get to see that count again.
Pssst, Cp and I go way back. We were on the secret email board together long ago (isn't that right?) that never existed. We piss each other off all we can, but yet I think we met way back when at a tailgate and would again... don't remember for sure, it's been too long.
